PROSPECTS OF MEAT CATTLE-BREEDING DEVELOPMENT ON THE BASIS OF INNOVATIONS IN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES OF THE ORENBURG REGIONThe data on the prospect of meat cattle-breeding development at agricultural enterprises of the Orenburg Region are given, proceeding from the results of successive innovation activity. By 2010 it is planned to increase the quantity of meat cattle in the region up to 92 thousand heads. The calculation of additional capital investments into meat cattle-breeding development in the Region’s farms for 2007-2010, as well as their recoupment is given,.

METHODICAL APPROACHES TO THE STATE SUPPORT OF PEDIGREE DAIRY CATTLE-BREEDINGThe article considers the condition of pedigree base of dairy cattle-breeding in the Moscow Region; it reveals the problems of pedigree livestock sales, absence of proper attention to organization of monitoring, registration and control of budget means usage. The author justifies the necessity of improvement of the measures of state influence on the branch development and suggests methods of state support of pedigree dairy cattle-breeding.

APPLICATION OF QUANTITATIVE METHODS FOR LABOR MOTIVATION ANALYSISThe list of theoretical requirements for labor motivation mathematic model has been formulated, a vector model of motivation has been constructed on their basis, the concept of instantaneous motivation has been introduced, on the basis of which the Vroom model has been re-interpreted, the dependency of labor productivity from an employee’s motivation value has been suggested.

STUDY OF CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE GOALS (INTERESTS) OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE AND THE GOALS OF ITS SUBJECTS AT USAGE OF CONTROLIING SYSTEM IN ITS MANAGEMENT PROCESSThe process of study of interconnections between the goals (interests) of industrial enterprise and the goals of the subjects of its internal and external medium at usage of controlling system in the enterprise management process is described. The present controlling system orients an enterprise towards performance of its institutional role in the society, and permits to quantitatively measure the degree of performance of this institutional role by the enterprise through the unified integral indicator. It is shown that the unified indicator – ratio of general dynamic balance calculated in such a way reflects the degree of coordination and satisfaction of interests (goals) of internal and external medium subjects, both among themselves and with the interests of the enterprise itself, and efficiency of the enterprise’s functioning in general. The interconnection between the areas of general dynamic balance and degree of risk is established.

Volobueva N.A. MANAGEMENT OF TAXATION OF SMALL BUSINESS SUBJECTS AT REGIONAL LEVELThe present work includes studies on the issues of management of taxation of small business subjects. The made conclusions show that estimation of efficiency or inefficiency of application of common or special taxation system is complicated by the fact that statistic base for analysis is absent; the performed calculations on separate tax payers also reflect low efficiency of transition to special tax treatments.

Market and other costs of field are determined at the singular appraisal on the date of appraisal by independent appraiser, at this appraisal cost-based, comparative and profitable methods to the appraisal are used. Rent approach supposed fields’ appraisal as an element of national resources of country must be the base of methodic of oil fields cadastre cost appraisal.

THE CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MEDIATOR FUNCTION OF THE RUSSIAN CREDIT MARKETRussian commercial banks are gradually transformed from the channel of capital pure flow-out from economics into the source of its financing. According to the data of the conducted analysis, efficient transformation of savings into investments does not take place so far. The necessary conditions for promotion of commercial banks’ role in implementation of mediator function of the credit market are being justified.
