OPTIMIZATION OF THE SYSTEM OF OBLIGATORY SOCIAL INSURANCE AGAINST ACCIDENTS AT PRODUCTION FACILITIES AND PROFESSIONAL DISEASESThe article presents proposals on improvement of the system of obligatory insurance against accidents at production facilities and professional diseases: determination of subject of obligatory social insurance against accidents at production facilities and professional diseases; introduction of individual programs of victim rehabilitation and determination of executors and organization of control of individual rehabilitation programs fulfillment; expansion of regulatory base fore more complete conduction of measures on recovery of a victim; formation of reserve of means for social insurance against accidents at the expense of capitalized payments received in case of insurer’s liquidation.
