STUDY OF CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE GOALS (INTERESTS) OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE AND THE GOALS OF ITS SUBJECTS AT USAGE OF CONTROLIING SYSTEM IN ITS MANAGEMENT PROCESSThe process of study of interconnections between the goals (interests) of industrial enterprise and the goals of the subjects of its internal and external medium at usage of controlling system in the enterprise management process is described. The present controlling system orients an enterprise towards performance of its institutional role in the society, and permits to quantitatively measure the degree of performance of this institutional role by the enterprise through the unified integral indicator. It is shown that the unified indicator – ratio of general dynamic balance calculated in such a way reflects the degree of coordination and satisfaction of interests (goals) of internal and external medium subjects, both among themselves and with the interests of the enterprise itself, and efficiency of the enterprise’s functioning in general. The interconnection between the areas of general dynamic balance and degree of risk is established.
