REVISION OF THE SCHOOL EDUCATION CONTENT AS ONE OF THE MAJOR DIRECTIONS OF EDUCATION MODERNIZATION The purpose of the given article is the characteristic of modern tendencies of modernization of the contents of school education and the analysis of results of the carried out changes in the some countries. The author aspires to reveal the central problems connected to evolution of the content of the general school education both in the separate countries, and at the international level. The big attention is given a problem of washing out of the fundamental base preparation, which is becoming aggravated as a result of aspiration of reformers to maintenance of human rights by pupils of investigated subjects according to educational requirements, and also with aspiration to avoid the isolation of national systems from world educational space due to reduction of a national education system conformity with the international requirements.

FEATURES OF THE PURCHASE WAY FROM THE UNIQUE SOURCE AT PLACEMENT OF ORDER FOR THE STATE NEEDSIn the article the purchase way is examined from a unique source at which the customer directs the offer on the conclusion of the contract only to one supplier. The order of the coordination of purchase is considered, the qualifying standards are described of the Ministry of Economic Development to references of the state customers about the coordination of purchase, the approach is shown to drawing up of substantiations and documentary confirmations of necessity of purchase from a unique source. Authors offer the recommendations for questions of the coordination of a way of purchases in the bodies, authorized to carry out the control and coordination of the state purchases.

Safonov M.A. MAIN PRINCIPLES OF ACTION OF REGIONAL MYCOBIOTA CONTROL SYSTEM Reception of the maximal social and economic profit from the use of micobiota means presence of a control system by this type of biological resources. The control system of regional mocobiota is a component of the general control system of a biovariety and bioresources of region and should include a number of the interconnected blocks: the control (monitoring), an estimation (biological, economic), regulations. Existence of systematic system of measurement and preservation of mocobiota is a pledge of steady, predicted functioning of region`s ecosystems.
Safonova V.J. ABOUT INFLUENCE OF PHYTO PREPERETION ON RADIORESISTANCE OF AN ORGANISMThe mechanisms of influence of well-known phyto preparation are submitted in frameworks of endogenous fund of radioresistance. In experiments with rats it is shown, that fractionated external g-irradiation in small dozes produces changes in functional pool of hemopoiesis, accompanying by early leukopenia and later erythropenia. Alongside with it moderate downturn of thyroid status is marked. Application of phito preparation "eracond" authentically stabilizes work of hemopoiesis and positively influences on functional activity of a thyroid gland at a numerous irradiation of animals in small dozes.

PATHOGENETIC MECHANISMS OF CHANGES OF HEMOSTASIS SYSTEM AT DISEASES OF KIDNEYS (REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE)The analyses of literature and own researches have allowed to reveal new mechanisms of infringements of hemostasis system at various kidneys diseases. It is shown, that at a pathology of kidneys the change in hemocoagulation system is necessary to examine as transformation of stationary levels of coagulating and anti-coagulating link, and not only as hyper -or hypo hemocoagulating according to concept of DVS-syndrome. At kidneys diseases there is no coagulopathy of consumption, characteristic for the DVS-syndrome, and therefore heparine and fibrinolytics used at treatment of greenstones are not very effective. Therapy of nephritis with glucocorticoids does not give desirable result because it causes acceleration of local system of hemostasis of kidneys. The therapeutic effect is received at prescription of plasmas with high contents of АТ-III which strengthens allocation from ill kidneys of fraction S3-complement, i.e. showingcytoprotective action, and also phentolamine and prodectine, reducing emission in local and general bloodstream active prothrombinase and inactivating kallikrein.

ESTIMATION OF ECOLOGICAL DANGER OF TANK`S "BIG BREATH" OF GASOLINE STATIONS AND PETROLEUM STORAGE DEPOTIn the clause the estimation of potential danger of tanks` "big breath" of gasoline stations (GS) and petroleum storage depots is submitted. With this purpose the estimation was given of fumes concentration of gasoline in the tanks equipped with respiratory valves, and also frequency, time and volumetric parameters of emissions of gasoline fumes through respiratory armature. At estimation of radius of affection the possible drift of gasoline-air cloud is taken into account at a weak wind. The conclusion is made that the problem of decrease of ecological danger near to the gas station in a megacity is actual.
Rusanov A.M., Milyakova E.A. ROLE OF LANDSCAPE ASYMMETRY IN SOIL FORMATION AND TOP-SOIL OF PREDURALYE Characteristic geomorphological feature of Orenburg Preduralye is a landscape asymmetry. Heterogeneity of soil formation processes is connected to it proceeding on slopes of different directions. Distinctions of ecological conditions of soil formation find the reflection in dissimilar parameters of a microclimate, in composition and structure of natural phytocenosis, in mechanical structure of soil forming rocks, in duration of the period of biological activity of soils, that is shown in morphological, chemica,l biological and other major genetic properties of soils of slopes. Recommendations are given for agricultural use of territory, the ecological status of object of research is determined.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF POLLUTION TRANSPORT IN UNDERGROUND WATERS AT THE STATIONARY MODEThe conclusion is examined of the differential equation of diffusion and mass exchange in the underground waters, based on balance of weight of substance and Fik`s law which is solved with a method of elements together with the stationary equation of a filtration. The algorithm and the program are made in the form of test tasks.

RESPONSE OF SUPERPARAMAGNETIC EASY-AXES PARTICLES ON THE RADIO-FREQUENCY FIELD IN VIEW OF THE CONSTANT MAGNETIC FIELD, APPLIED PERPENDICULARLY TO EASY AXISThe phenomenon of a stochastic resonance for easy-axes superparamagnetic particles is theoretically considered at presence of an additional external constant magnetic field, perpendicular to axes of easy magnetization. In approach of discrete orientations the dynamic susceptibility in relation to a variable field for an one-domain iron particle is calculated at various values of intensity of a constant magnetic field.
