Pryahin G.N., Popova E.A. ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AS THE FACTOR OF BUSINESS ACTIVITYTwo approaches to definition of organizational culture of a firm are considered. The generalized structure of organizational culture is offered and criteria of an estimation of organizational culture of firm are shown. Using a matrix of an estimation of cultural risk, the possible combinations of interaction of changes of behavior and culture are given.
