Yudina N.V. FORMATION OF SCIENTIFICALLY-HUMANITARIAN THINKING AT THE STUDENTThis article regards the problem of a student’s adaptation of the scientific concepts and theoretical knowledge of a humanitarian character. The author brings up a problem of scientific and pedagogical comprehension of the ways of the effective organization of the scientific and cognitive activity of a student, capable for reflection about the theoretical knowledge, able to operate the scientific terms. The condition of the solving of this problem is the development of scientific and humanitarian thinking of a student, included into the scientific and informational realm. The article analyses the recourses of the educational process for creating a stable motivation of a student to develop scientific and humanitarian thinking. Also the article gives the classification of the kinds of the scientific concepts. FOREIGN STUDENTS IN RUSSIA: CONDITIONS AND BARRIERS OF INTEGRATIONThe results of empirical research conducted among foreign students in institutes of higher education of Nizhny Novgorod are given in this article. The analysis of data allows revealing conditions and barriers of foreigners’ integration into new social-cultural reality. An aspiration of a foreigner to keep cultural identity is balanced with a wish to connect own future with Russia, but weak adaptive activityš— with comfort feeling in Russian region. Cherkoziyanova T.V. SPECIFICITY OF IDEAS ABOUT FATE IN PLATO’S PHILOSOPHY Plato’s philosophical ideas are unique. He is one of philosophers whose thoughts are corresponded not only to criteria of rationality but also they have figurativeness of expression, bright metaphoricity and originality of presentation. The author supposes that the conception of a fate in Plato’s presentation has no alternative and cultural value. Mythological opinions with deep philosophical conclusions are intertwined with original method in it. Because of it Plato’s dialogues reveal the fenomenon of fate adequately to the utmost and multiaspectly.Key words: Plato’s philosophy, Sokrat, Geraklit, fate, doom, necessity.

Abdullaev I.S. SOCIAL-ECONOMIC CHANGES IN AGRARIAN SECTOR OF KHOREZM REGION IN REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN Possibilities of agriculture branches’ development of Khorezm region in Republic of Uzbekistan and causes influenced on its development are regarded in this article. The analysis of dynamics of agricultural indicators at years of independence shows that besides positive processes of multistructure economy forming and restructuring of economy, diversification of agricultural production, creation of market infrastructure in villages there are negative tendencies: reduction of production value of cotton-wool, products of cattle breeding and others.Key words: agrarian sector, dynamics analysis, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Bakhareva Anna Yurievna USING OF CUSTOMS POLICY INSTRUMENT IN AN EFFORT TO AVERT ILLEGAL OUTFLOW OF CAPITALThe author of this article regards the problem of illegal outflow of capital from the Russian Federation, analyzes the value of capital flight on the base of balance of payments data at the period 2006–2008, and gives the appraisal of illegal outflow of capital from Orenburg region at revealed violations according to the Code of administrative violations.
