FORMING OF PEOPLEWARE SYSTEM OF INNOVATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL ECONOMY This article is devoted to the questions of peopleware of economic innovational development, which are determinative in attainment of regional economic growth, in perfection of all leading branches of regional economy. The sources of forming of peopleware system of regional innovational development are regarded in this work.
