CORRELATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS WITH PARAMETERS OF THE METABOLISM OF DISABLED ATHLETES [№ 9 ' 2017]
Сurrently the Paralympic games are the largest event of world sports, which increases the level of competition between participants. In the preparation of athletes to the games should pay increased attention to their psychological state and a number of indicators of metabolism of the body. Using this data and taking into account their relationship can increase the level of sporting achievements and preserve the health of Paralympic athletes. Conducted psychological research in General had satisfactory results. It was established the absence of significant negative emotions in connection with the peculiarities of physical and psycho-emotional stresses sledge hockey team. This may indicate a sufficient level of adaptation of athletes to training activities. The study of the elemental composition of hair showed that for the majority of the surveyed athletes was characterized by an excess of P, Na, K, Zn, and deficiency of Co, Cr, Ca and Se. In biochemical indicators of blood revealed elevated values of glucose, ALT, direct bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase from 40, 33, 47 and 47 % of patients, respectively. In the course of correlation analysis the highest correlation was observed between the studied psychological indicators and the level of Be, Mg, Se, Si, Al and CA in hair. Most of the indicators of the mental state was significantly correlated with the level of pancreatic amylase, γ-GT, AST, total protein and blood glucose. The study shows the link of the elemental composition of hair and biochemical indicators of psychological characteristics. Despite the fact that the psychological status of the athletes was normal, the indicators of the elemental balance and biochemical profile, in contrast, had deviations, which subsequently can lead to deficient growth and manifestations of neuropsychiatric diseases. Therefore, a questionnaire analysis of psychological status cannot give a full picture of the condition of the athletes, indicating the need for a parallel analysis of the indices of protein, carbohydrate, mineral and lipid metabolism and their timely correction.

SRC GENE EXPRESSION IN CHANGING PLACENTAL TISSUESAFTER EXPOSURE TO COPPER NANOPARTICLES [№ 12 ' 2016]
The SRC gene is a protooncogene with vague regulatory functions. Protein products of its expression are tyrosinkinases that modulate membrane receptors to cytokines involved in cell proliferation and differentiation. Placental insufficiency and placental immaturity are characterized by complicated pathogenesis, so morphogenetic and regulatory aspects of their development are not clearly defined. In addition, inevitable usage of nanostructured substances for the purpose of medical diagnosis and treatment is presently evident. There were shown toxigenic features of nanoparticles for placental tissues leading to intolerable decline in surface area of the chorion and fetal-placental metabolic rate. The aim of the research is to establish connections between c-src gene expression and structural processes of chorial remodeling after damage. The study shows the main mechanisms of placental adaptation after exposure to copper nanoparticles (dose 1.0 mg/kg) administered to pregnant Wistar rats throughout the gestation period. The first mechanism consists in the increase in the proportion of intermediate villi and their processes, the second one is the increase in volume of syncytial knots. As a result, new formation of structures is observed, including terminal villi. The src gene expression was detected in epithelial cells of syncytial knots, as well as on separate epithelial sites of intermediate and terminal villi (induced epithelium). SRC gene is also actively expressed in fibroblasts of fetal stroma. Decidua and peripheral portion of trophoblast in spongy zone do not contain signs of SRC gene activity. Thus, there was established that SRC gene plays a regulatory role increasing processes of chorionic villi growth in placenta after exposure to copper nanoparticles and consequent damage.

THE ELEMENTAL COMPOSITION OF BONE PREGNANT FEMALE RATS ON THE BACKGROUND OF DIFFERENT LEVELS OF CONSUMPTION OF DIETARY FIBER IN THE DIET [№ 5 ' 2016]
The paper presents the results of a study of the elemental composition of bone pregnant female rats who were on a diet with excess and deficient intake of dietary fiber before and during pregnancy (6 weeks). The basis of power was a semisynthetic casein diet that ensures adequate intake of protein, fat and carbohydrates, dietary fiber (2 g microcellulose), vitamins and salts. Deficiency of dietary fiber was modeled by excluding from the diet microcellulose, excess diet — by increasing the level of consumption microcellulose to 4 g/day. Modeling fiber deficiency in the diet of treated animals resulted primarily in a reduction of macroelements such as calcium and phosphorus. Among the essential trace elements mentioned only a change in the content of selenium — lower values as when scarce, and in excess diet. No significant changes in the content of toxic elements in the experimental groups were not observed.

FEATURES OF THE ELEMENTAL COMPOSITION OF THE LIVER OF PREGNANT FEMALE RATS ON THE BACKGROUND OF DIFFERENT DIETARY FIBER [№ 4 ' 2016]
High consumption of food fibers can break mineral balance in an organism. The exception of a diet of food fibers promotes higher content in muscular tissue of copper, iron, iodine, manganese, silicon and arsenic. In this regard interest causes element structure of a liver against various level of consumption of food fibers during pregnancy. Researches of element structure of a liver of pregnant females of the rats who are on a diet with various level of consumption of food fibers before approach and during pregnancy (only 6 weeks) are conducted. Comparing the elemental composition of the liver of female rats revealed that simulation deficiency of dietary fibers in the diet leads mainly to a decrease in the content of chemical elements except manganese. The most sensitive to the deficit dietary fibers appeared level of such elements as iodine, nickel, and silicon. Excessive intake of dietary fiber associated with a reduced content of chromium, iodine, nickel, arsenic, silicon, and toxic chemical elements such as mercury and tin, which is probably due to their absorption characteristics. Changes in dietary fiber intake had no effect on the level of most of the chemical elements deposited in the liver, such as iron, potassium, copper, zinc and selenium. These data support an important role in liver hemostasis these elements.

PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL AND METABOLIC ASPECTSOF ADAPTATIONAND DISADAPTATIONOF STUDENTS [№ 13 ' 2015]
Stress factors are the causes of emotional stress, reduced functional reserves of the organism, stress leads to increased morbidity and mortality. That's why studying of the mechanisms of adaptation and disadaptation of person has special importance. The article presents the results of long-term studies of the psycho-physiological and metabolic parameters'changes during the adaptation to various environmental conditions. The peculiarities of physical development, lifestyle, eating habits, bad habits, as well as cardio and metabolic parameters in students of different ethnic groups were investigated. Elemental portrait of young men with information about the features of the element status shows that most abnormalities are not related with ethnicity, but are related with the region of residence. At the same time, it was shown the influence of the person individual characteristics on the process of adaptation of students. Correlation analysis between psychological indices and the parameters of adaptation showed that the largest number of correlations between psychological characteristics and cardioindicators were in the group of Tatars. In addition, it is was shown that the functional hemispheric asymmetry of the brain affected on the body's ability to adaptation. Right hemisphere dominant young men hada higher rate of reaction according to the tests "assess attention", "noise immunity", "simple hand-eye reaction". Regardless of the type of functional hemispheric asymmetry, the young men had deficient of cobalt, selenium, an excess of lithium, iron and zinc, compared with the optimal interval centile. Thus, the adaptability of the organism depends on many factors, and defining factors are ethnic characteristics, the type of functional hemispheric asymmetry, lifestyle and environmental living conditions.

ELEMENT STATUS AND BIOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF BLOOD LABORATORY ANIMALS WHEN ADMINISTERED INTRAMUSCULARLY ASPARGINATA AND COPPER NANOPARTICLES [№ 12 ' 2013]
The paper presents the results of a study of the element status and biochemical composition of the blood of laboratory animals when copper in various forms. It was revealed that the performance of mineral metabolism depend on the physical and chemical form of the metal. Since the introduction of copper aspartate accompanied by significant increase in concentration of Co, Cu, Ca, P, Sr against decrease I, Se, Pb. At the same time the introduction of copper nanoparticles increases the concentration of Cu, Ca, P, Al, Sr, against reduction Pb and I. when introduced into the body of copper in nanoform, biochemical blood indices have lower values than in a asparginata.
