Prosvirkina I.I., Kulikova E.Y., Frolova A.M., Yakhno M.D. MODEL OF LEARNING SYNTHETIC TYPES OF SPEECH ACTIVITY USING THE METHOD “MOBILE VIDEO” [№ 4 ' 2022] Currently, there are a lot of writing and talking about the optimization of the educational process using new technologies, models, methods, techniques, forms, the appearance of which is conditioned by the new reality, the modern educational environment. We offer a model of learning synthetic types of speech activity, in which the method of “mobile video” is applied, for use in teaching Russian to foreign students. The development of the model of learning synthetic types of speech activity is due to the fact that the modern educational space dictates a new approach to the choice of educational material, as which are increasingly used various texts of online discourse. Thus, the search for ways to work with texts of online discourse leads to the creation of new effective methods and techniques (for example, the “mobile video” method), which allow to create a flexible model, it is designed to provide one lesson with skills for different types of speech. “Mobile video” is defined by us as a method allowing the teacher to involve the student in “live”, real communication, erasing the boundaries between speaking, listening, reading and writing. Therefore, the basis of the model of learning synthetic types of speech activities, built on algorithms, including various methods of working with texts of the network discourse, aimed at simultaneous formation of oral and written language skills, is the method “mobile video”. This model promotes the formation of communicative competence in the teaching of Russian to foreigners with the help of traditional and new methods and teaching methods, such as: mobile video, voice, comments in social networks, post publication, video subtitling, hyperlinks and etc. The proposed model of learning synthetic types of speech activity has been tested, the results of experimental training show that the application of the proposed model contributes to the formation of skills necessary for communication in a natural language environment, it also enables effective delivery of training activities using the potential of information and communication space.
Panov A.A., Frolov O.V. PEDAGOGY OF THE COMMUNICATIVE CULTURE OF THE FUTURE PROSECUTORS WORKER [№ 3 ' 2022] The result of bibliographic and field research was the confirmation of the hypothesis that the effectiveness of the professional activity of the future prosecutor’s worker is determined by active and competent participation in the anthropic process of comprehending the specifics of professional communications already at the stage of obtaining professional education. The authors consistently present and meaningfully reveal the categories of “education”, “culture”, “communicative culture”, “communication”. The upbringing of a communicative culture in the cultural space of a law school will ensure in the future a positive impact on the subject and interaction between subjects in professional activities within the framework of the law as a true value of social order and the triumph of justice. The scientific novelty of the work lies in identifying the axiological level of the communicative culture of the future prosecutor’s worker, the most important task of which is the approval of communicative values that authorize the program of interaction in prosecutorial activities; fixation of pedagogical norms, commensurate with the humanitarian nature of the modern personality, “returned” to communication “after hitches, breaks, indistinctness” (Schegloff) interaction. Pedagogical intentions in the communicative culture of future prosecutors are determined. The phenomenon of education of communicative culture in axiological and culturological approaches has been studied. The upbringing of the communicative culture of the future prosecutor, creating conceptual systems of professional communication and supporting dialogue relations, will help to strengthen the semantic continuum of the space of professional activity, including the means of activity and the organization of consciousness that develops in communication (vision, understanding, meaning formation) (V.M. Rozin). The results of the study can be used in the education of future prosecutors in the communicative space of a law school and in the formation of a system of educational work in the prosecutor’s office of the Russian Federation.
Panov A.A., Frolov O.V. ANTHROPOLOGICAL CONNOTATIONS OF EDUCATING A PROSECUTOR’S COMMUNICATIVE CULTURE [№ 2 ' 2022] The research presents a critical analysis of the prosecutor’s practice of communicative interaction in the space of professional culture. The sociocultural nature of prosecutorial communications is explained. The “anthropological errors” are comprehended (J. Milbank) as a result of an unformed educational system that does not ensure the effectiveness of communicative culture in reality, characterized by a “performative failure of subjectivity” (Y. Ananka, H. Kirschbaum). The meaningful connection of the key concepts is revealed: culture, communicative culture, education, etc. It is established that the educated communicative culture is a conceptual tool for developing behavioral strategies that ensure constellation in the “empire of law and order”. The purpose of the article is to consider the anthropological aspect of the problem of educating the communicative culture of a prosecutor’s employee. The axiological analysis of the traditional communicative culture of the prosecutor’s employee was carried out; the following methods were used: the method of scientific observation, the analysis of communicative behavior in the light of the theory of axiological communication; an interview determining the degree of compliance of the interaction of prosecutor’s employees with the norms of institutional communication. It is established that the communicative processes accompanying the prosecutor’s activity are the axiogenic and anthropological basis for the formation and development of the educational system.
Prosvirkina I., Frolova A. EDUCATING OF FOREIGN STUDENTS TO PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION WITH THE USE OF MOBILE VIDEO [№ 5 ' 2020] In this article the theoretical base of the idea of creating and using the method of “Mobile video” during the process of teaching the foreign students to communicate in Russian language is proved. We give the review of different types of mobile video(video-review, video-speech, video-dialogue, video-polilogue), which we can use in educational process and also the way of the common work of teacher and students during creating of this educational product. We describe the way of work of the teacher and students during the creation of compositions with the use of different mobile devices for studing of different ways of speaking activities. We pay a great attention for it because of the obligation for the future doctors to the skill of oral and written practice and of course a good doctor must not only communicate, but also work with the documents such as medical card of ambulance and hospital patients. The methodology of creation of the professional mobile video consists of two parts: the first part is preparation for the lesson and the second part — is a creation of mobile video step by step with the analysis of the educational practice such as “Mobile video” and filling the form of ambulance card. There are before demonstration, demonstration and after demonstration steps in the structure of preparation lesson. We offer to the students different exercises which can improve the common and professional vocabulary and in the final all this could transform the doctor’s vocabulary. After that the students create the mobile video step by step. They use the instruction during the process: at first they create the script, after that they discuss it with the teacher and in the end the student work with the creation of his own study product. The method of the “Mobile video” helps to realize different educational tasks with a great effect, such as updating and development of the vocabulary and also teaching of the creation of professional monologue and dialogue in order to facilitate listening of the oral speech. By the way using of the professional mobile video within the educational process had already gone the process of testing on the base of Russian language’s department in the Orenburg’s State Medical University. The results of this practice have shown, that the method of the “Mobile video” helps to optimize the educational process of students in Medicine.
Frolov O.V. CRISIS OF CULTURES ALLIANCE IN PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY [№ 2 ' 2019] Recent scientific studies have argued that school culture is increasingly becoming a space of existential risk due to the axiological dysfunctions of modern sociocultural processes. Professional pedagogical activity, in which the teacher reveals his individuality, realizes himself as a person, realizes talents, discovers his personal vocation and fulfills a social mission, is often built in such a way that generates and strengthens protest against his cultural expansion and militant monologism, becoming a latent end in itself traditional teaching practice. As a result of my research, it was revealed that the acuteness of the axiological contradictions of the modern school is caused by the crisis state of the alliance of cultures — professional, interactive and legal, determining the teacher’s value status in the aggregate of creative self-expression and self-realization of a person who also has an arrogant self-sufficiency complex inseparable from the imperative nature of relationships with other participants in the educational process. I have identified the main causes of the crisis, to which we attributed: ignoring the unique interactive nature of educational activities; the destruction of the moral paradigm of perception of the child as a “living fragment of culture” with its individual worldview and world perceptions; “Squeezing” the humanistic space of the school to the limits set by the total authority of the teacher; activation of destructive psychological attacks and provocations as a new hidden form of spiritual coercion, with the violation of the legitimate rights of the child. As my research has shown, the crisis of the alliance of cultures is a violation of the motives and nuances of the teacher’s spiritual work, which destroys the cultural space of the school as a collective form of life activity. I have confirmed that the “reconstruction” of positive and humanely oriented normative orders in modern school culture is possible and necessary, as the school continues to be the most important institution for rationing social interaction, mastering reference models of “correct” social behavior.
Frolov O.V. THE SEMANTIC INTENTIONS OF THE MODERN PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGICAL CULTURE [№ 6 ' 2017] Entity perspective of pedagogical activity is determined by dominant cultural paradigm. The current status and content of pedagogical activity due to lower public and professional interest in humanitarian culture, humanitarian values and ethical behaviour. Pedagogical activity in its valuable context is based on the value rationality of relations, ways and technologies of interaction. It is less a phenomenon of pedagogical creativity, pedagogical art teaching skills, which laid down the idea of culture. Correlation of modern pedagogical activities with the concept of “culture” reflects its paradigm shift away from a humanistic to a push. The most important characteristic of pedagogical activity is a coercive culture of inequality of the actors of the educational process. In contemporary pedagogy perspective culture coercion becomes a humanitarian problem, because creativity inherent in the child, is limited to established teacher requirements, prohibitions and threats of sanctions. Mental and cultural identification of actors of the educational process requires dialog relations, otherwise the pedagogical activity deprives the educational process content integrity and effectiveness. Culture of coercion should be that teacher cross the critical limit when disturbed stability of creative interaction with the students.
