BASIC STAGES OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX IN RUSSIA The formation and development of the fuel and energy complex of Russia for 150 years is examined in the article, two stages are allocated depending on feature of technical and economic factors development, their characteristic is given, influence of political factors in distribution of priorities of development of a domestic fuel and energy complex is shown, the conclusion is made that the history of thermal power station shows how and why the chance "not catching up" but outstripping development was missed.

THEORETICAL CONCEPT OF CRISIS IN DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE The present clause contains the results of theoretical research of interrelation of industrial enterprises crises with their investment and innovation behaviour. Genesis of crisis, conceptual model of its development and overcoming is investigated. It is shown in the article that the crisis is a consequence of mistakes of management and, first of all, mistakes in investment behaviour.

FEATURES OF IN-COMPANY CALCULATIONS AT THE MODERN ENTERPRISES The article is devoted to the in-company calculations used in integrated corporate structures for calculations between branches, affiliated, dependent societies, and also in firms at calculations between structural divisions. The author's treatment is submitted of price as quasiprice. The new approach to formation of intraproductive prices is proved, based on the labour cost theory and method of accumulation of expenditures of labour, and the algorithm is offered of formation of the intraproductive prices.

Thus in the centre of managers attention of any level today there should be a person acting not only as a resource of industrial system, but also as a main subject of the organization and a special object of management, like the person with needs, motives, values, attitudes which labour activity in many respects determines results of functioning of the organization.

In author?s opinion it is possible to provide a steady development of the organization with the methods of self-management. Self-management is investigated not only from positions of personal technologies, but also self-management of working teams on the basis of mobilization and preservation of internal sources of self-organizing and self-improvement of the organization. Not only various approaches to definition of the term "self-management" are considered but also genesis of self-management.

WORK MOTIVATION AS THE FACTOR OF COMPETITIVENESS INCREASE OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES Authors offer the methodological approach to formation of structure of motivation on the basis of three groups of components: personal properties of workers, valuable orientations in sphere of labour activity; a concrete personal situation. Authors give the results of research of respondents from positions of an estimation of an economic situation and a various sort of motives of labour activity of workers of the agricultural enterprises and conclude that at preparation the reform of a payment the principle of evaluation of labour cost should be basic.

The analysis of results of carried out researches on questions of the organization and management of meat delivery on processing enterprises has allowed to reveal the basic distinctive features. On the basis of studying specific features of meat raw material and manufacture of processing the new method is developed of organization of meat deliveries, taking into consideration periods of storage at transportation.
