FEATURES OF ORGANIZATION OF RAW MATERIAL DELIVERIES ON MEAT-PROCESSING ENTERPRISES The rhythmical work of meat - processing enterprises within one year is provided under condition of realization of continuous delivery of meat raw material. The analysis of results of carried out researches on questions of the organization and management of meat delivery on processing enterprises has allowed to reveal the basic distinctive features. On the basis of studying specific features of meat raw material and manufacture of processing the new method is developed of organization of meat deliveries, taking into consideration periods of storage at transportation.
