PECULIARITIES RECOMBINANT LUMINESCENT BACTERIUM REACTION WITH DIFFERENT LUX-OPERONS IN PHAGOCYTAL SYSTEM Dependence of bioluminescent response of different recombinant strains Escherichia coli in phagocytal system from the nature of cloned lux-operons in them is determined in this article. It is shown that constructions’ using on the base of genetic material of sea luminescent bacterium Photobacterium leiognathi in interaction with neutrophils of peripheral human blood allows reaching direct proportionality between light intensity and evidence of killing effect developed in these conditions.

RESULTS OF STUDYING OF MEASLES IMMUNITY OF MILITARY MENRealized planed vaccinal prevention of measles in our country gave great influence on epidemiological process: morbidity decreased sharply, age structure changed, amplitude of periodical morbidity growth decreased. But inclination of measles infection to mass distribution with forming of morbidity episode in groups is kept. Perfection of epidemiological control system and relevant correction of immunity will help to solve this problem.

APPRAISAL OF ECOLOGICAL-MORPHOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF SMALL MAMMAL IN CONDITIONS OF ANTHROPOGENIC INFLUENCE It is shown that anthropogenic factors of Orenburg gas processing plant influence substantially on the structure of communities and majority of types of small mammal. Communities become into monodominant communities, majority of types decreases. Method of morphophysiological indicators allows appreciating physiological condition of micromammal’s organism. More significant indexes are indexes of liver and epinephroses, meaning of which testifies tensity of energy condition of organism.

TO THE QUESTION OF STUDYING OF ANIMALS’ POPULATION OF MOSAIC ECOTOPES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF BIRDS) Point scale of appreciated peculiarities of relief and vegetation was worked out for determination of structural variety of territorial allotments. 41 allotments were researched for scale approbation, after their description and appraisal at the scale the index of structural variety by Briwane are calculated. The presence of relation between this index and some parameters of birds’ population is shown in this article.

The relation between mortality of black griffon and nearly full degradation in the region of fur breeding branch is determined here.
Abdullina Z.T. SOME QUESTIONS OF GREY CRANE’S ECOLOGY IN BASHKIRIAN RESERVE Information, gathered in Bashkirian reserve from 1932 till 2000 in conditions of stationary observation – at territorial location, ecology, phenology and dynamics of grey crane’s size, is given in this article. The tendencies of phenology changes of migratory period: earlier arrival, later flying away, increase of this type size were distinguished. For appraisal of climate changes influence correlation relations of dates of arrival, flying away and size with meteorological indexes were calculated in this work.

High anthropoanthropogenic load of territories in aggregate with unfavourable social-economic situation in Russia creates real threat of ecologically dependent diseases distribution. The analysis of blood indexes at allergic diseases which connect with anthropogenic and radioactive pollution of environment is given in this article.

ECOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF UNDERYEARLINGS’ JOINT GROWTH OF ZOO-BENTO-PHYTO-PHAGES Ecological appraisal of effectiveness of vegetable fish and carps’ joint growth in conditions of continental hart climate of highland is given in this article. The reserves are revealed and general trends of fish production increase of ponds (optimal correlation of bioecological variety of fish, feeding and ponds’ fertilizing) are determined in this work. Optimal ecological model for fish farms of Kabardino-Balkaria region and differentiated using of zonal peculiarities of ponds is worked out here.

The share of department’s representatives in general structure of algoflora in a region is shown. And ecological characteristic of species is given in this work.

"RED BOOK’S" TYPES OF INVERTEBRATES IN ILMENSKY RESERVE (SOUTHERN URAL)Information about findings of rare types of invertebrates included into the red Books of different types (international, Russian, Chelyabinsk region), inhabiting on the territory of Ilmensky reserve is given in this article. 69 “Red Book’s” types from 121 registered in Chelyabinsk region are registered totally in the reserve. Rare types are divided into three groups at the degree of threatened from the territory of the reserve.

POLLUTED WITH METAL OF SOILS OF ORENBURG CITY: COMMON PARAMETERS OF INTERACTION WITH METAL PHYTOACCUMULATION AND REPRESENTATIVES OF SYNANTHROPIC FLORAThe researches results of metal concentration (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn) in samples of soil and overground parts of plants – representatives of typical synanthropic types of Orenburg are given in this work. Conducted analysis of interaction between these parameters revealed reliable positive correlation relation between them and allowed making conclusion about more expressed bioavailability of metal-pollutions from surface layers of soil in comparison with deep, and also about more effective accumulation of cadmium, nickel and chrome in comparison with plumbum and zinc.

INFLUENCE OF FERTILIZERS, AMELIORATORS AND PLANTS ON DEGRADATION OF TRIDECANE IN POLLUTED SOILAt researching of zeolitecontaining breed (ZCB) and nitrogenous fertilizers (N) on phytotoxicity of leached chernozem, polluted with n-tridecane (TD), the effectiveness of N usage was revealed. At N and ZCB addition biologically activity of polluted soil increased, though in case of N the content of TD decreased. At the results the conclusion of general investment of microbal destruction in TD biodegradation was made in this article.

INFLUENCE OF LONG TIME USAGE OF FERTILIZERS ON RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF TYPICAL CHERNOZEM The analysis of rheological curves of typical chernozem at humidity of maximal swelling allowed revealing that manure application caused dilatant properties at the expense of soil aggregates water-stability increase. Specific capacity increase of maximum destruction of structure in variant with manure improves technological properties of soil at the expense of viscosity decrease and durability limits increase. Under influence of mineral fertilizers sharp decrease of specific capacity of maximum destruction of structure in comparison with control is happened which causes unfavorable structural-mechanical properties.

IN CONDITIONS OF SOUTHERN TAIGA FORESTS IN KIROV REGION Demographic characteristics of Vaccinium vitis – idaeа L. in conditions of Southern taiga forests in Kirov region are studied in this article. Age structure of coenopopulations in different ecological- phytocoenotic conditions is determined here, also series of population parameters (density, index of relexivity, index of restoration, index of aging), allowing appreciating condition and structure of populations is researched in this work.

PROTECTANT ACTION OF ZINC SULFATE AT INTRAUTERINE ALCOHOL INFLUENCE The experiments results of toms of nonpedigreed rats, which were subjected to alcoholization of 15% ethanol solution during 100 days or without of zinc sulfate (groups A or A+Zn) addition in ration are shown in this article. It is received that zinc influences on metabolism of Mg, K, Na, Fe and Zn in cerebral cortex of rats, on metabolism of Mn, and also on increase of Zn, Cu, Mg, K and Na content in hippocampus, on metabolism of Mn and on increase of K, Na and Fe content in rats’ cerebellum. Conclusion that ZnSO4 realizes protectant function of brain of alcoholized rats is made in this article.

POSSIBILITIES OF PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF THROMBOCYTE DYSFUNCTION OF NEWBORN CALVES WITH DYSPEPSIAIncrease of aggregative function of thrombocytes in vitro and in vivo is revealed at newborn calves with dyspepsia. In the base of these abnormalities, abnormalities of cholesterol and phospholipids correlation in thrombocyte membranes, increase of middle molecules level content in plasma and blood platelets, activation of lipids peroxidation in them, synthesis strengthening in vascular wall of Villebrand factor and increase of thromboxaneformations level in blood platelets are laid. Thrombocytes activation is a leading reason of blood coagulation increase of newborn calves with dyspepsia. Correction of abnormalities of thrombocyte link of hemostasis is possible with help of pathogeneticly substantiated complex from phosphopag, ecos and calcium gluconate, able to decrease middle molecules level in an organism and to correct lipids peroxidation.

Orekhova S.N. HEALTH CONDITION AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS-TEENAGERS FROM SOUTHERN REGION OF RUSSIA Indexes of health and physical development of students-teenagers from Krasnodarsky Krai are shown in this article. The presence of cause-effect dependence between general level of teenagers population’s morbidity, changes of morbidity structure, predominance of definite nosologies under the influence of different at the character and intensiveness anthropogenic load of environment, is revealed here. The decrease of functional indexes of cardiorespiratory system of students-teenagers from agricultural regions with increased territorial-pesticides loads is established in this work.
