Gorokhov P.A. "SPIRIT PHENOMENOLOGY" OF GEORGE VILGELM OF FRIDRICH HEGEL: TWO THOUSAND YEARS AFTERGeneral ideas of the large Hegel’s work, played big role as in philosophic Hegel’s system foundation as in development of the whole world philosophic conception, are regarded in this article. With the help of "phenomenological" knowledge analysis Hegel proved his thesis that the deepest bases of existence is Absolute Idea, developed according to the principle of triad: thesis, antithesis and synthesis.

PHILOSOPHER AND HIS CONCEPTION: GNOSEOLOGICAL ANALYSISThe concepts "I", "personality", "subject", "object", "subjective-objective relations", including and the philosopher himself as a cognizer are analyzed in this article. Themetization of the philosopher himself with his conditional mind on the level of methodology allows seeing logical contradictions and eclecticity in initial bases of philosophy.
Gorokhov P.A. POSTMODERNISM: NEW "CRITICAL NOTES ABOUT ONE REACTIONARY PHILOSOPHY"Some philosophic constructions of postmodernism are analyzed in this article. The author makes a conclusion that postmodernism is a realization of the worst degenerate trends in the modern philosophy and culture, because this tendency substitutes reflexion of the most important problems of human existence for useless talking "about nothing".
Nurullin R.A. NON-EXISTENCE OF EXISTENCE-IN-ONESELF AND EXISTENCE IS NOTHINGThe analysis of phenomenological ontology of Zh.-P. Sartr is showed that Sart’s existence-in-oneself initially is not determined even as uncognized. The consciousness, exposing substational existence-in-oneself to original negation with different psychical conditions of a person, reveals this original indefinite existence as distinctness, as subjective reality. From the phenomenological position of Sartr who leads out Nothing, Non-existence from the consciousness and inner life of a person, principally it is impossible to lead out bases of phenomena existence.

Gulenina S.V., Strelets Yu.Sh. FRIEDRICH NITZSCHE ABOUT METAPHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL LEVELS OF VOLITION TO THE POWERKey aspects of F. Nitzsche philosophy: "lives" as volition to the power, self-determination of a person in social and individual history, are researched in this article. Distinguishing of Christian and Nitzsche’s treatments of semantic and vital person’s searches in theoretical schematics of cruciform and parallel correlation of metaphysical and psychological levels of person existence, is presented here. "Power" as the reality and the concept, characterized its vital-ontological bases and concrete-individual opportunities of realization in the historical measuring, is in the center of attention.
Kashin V.V., Melnik O.A. THE CONFLICT OF POL RIKYER’S INTERPRETATIONS Pol Rikyer is one of the most important philosophers of XX century. He founded resumptive philosophy of human existence. Themes, researched by Rukyer, were connected with each other: Volition – Evil – Symbol - Metaphor - Narration – Distinction – Memory. It is hardly imagine modern hermenevtics without his works. His ideas are implanted in our thinking, life and everyday businesses. We are interested in methodology of highly sensitive philosophical interpretation of the philosopher.
Kvitka I.I. PHILOSOPHICAL IDEAS OF A.A. BOGDANOV"Boiling" of disputes about Marxism was continued in Russia during the whole XX century. The example of this was philosophical conception of A.A. Bogdanov. Today, regarding philosophical system of A.A. Bordanov, we perceive some of his ideas as Utopism, but we need to remember that such ideas were in the bases of those transformations (revolutional and radical) which Russia experienced in XX c. Those Utopian conceptions were expressed on the development of native philosophical ideas.

Lenin and A/A/ Bogdanov at actual philosophical and political questions is regarded in this article. The author made a conclusion that Lenin’s critics of A.A. Bogdanov’s opinions and tectology as a universal organizational science had subjective and unscientific character.

MYTHS ABOUT EFFECTIVENESS OF LOCAL STATE MANAGEMENT OF LATE IMPERIAL RUSSIA AND ITS CRITICSTwo myths about effectiveness of local state management of the late imperial Russia – myth of governor power strength and myth of bureaucracy work quality increase are analyzed in this article. The content of myths is shown here, their objective bases are characterized, concrete-historical conditions (unscientific context) which allow developing errors into myths are discovered here too. Arguments, allowing leaving with these myths at the present time are expounded.

Smirnova L.V. SOVIET NATIONAL POLITICS IN CONDITIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE-COMMAND SYSTEM Soviet national politics is one of actual problems as in scientific as in political attitudes. National politics was the discrepant phenomenon in conditions of command-administrative system. There was everything: real, imminent tasks and problems were solved, there were positive results. From one side it was powerful impulse for development of USSR nations. From other side according to objective results national politics was denationalized. Dynamics of influence on the sphere of national life was negative, because USSR was ultracentralized and unitary in many things state.

In modern society euthanasia is regarded quite often as right expression of a person to use his life. Mantrov A.V. SEMANTIC MISSING OF RUSSIAN SOULThe author regards the antithesis of irrational "sudden Russian soul" and "rational West" as dispatch point. All unfoundedness of West in relations with Russia is connected with irrationality of Russia. Ilya Muromets, Ivan-durak (fool), I. Oblomov, Kutuzov are regarded as an example who wait "opportune moment", but do not make rational actions. West believes in intellect, which limits person opportunities; Russian people believe in "irrational flow of life which is favorable on the whole for a person and opens unlimited opportunities for "Russian soul". According to the author the prejudice was made that outside unfreedom of a person made an illusion that getting complete freedom Russian person could solve all his problems.
