Rybin V.A. THE PROBLEM OF EUTHANASIA IN SOCIAL-LEGAL ASPECTSThis article is devoted to the problem of euthanasia in the context of social-philosophical and legal characteristics. In modern society euthanasia is regarded quite often as right expression of a person to use his life. Meanwhile the concept about person, which is made in new European culture and social philosophy, is stayed indefinite enough and weakly formalized. This circumstance prejudices expediency of euthanasia legalization in modern conditions. Key words: euthanasia, culture, philosophy, society, personal rights, life and death, bioethics, dualism.
