THE INFLUENCE OF PROBIOTIC PREPARATIONS AND NANOCOPPER ON THE HEMATOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF BLOOD OF CHICKENS [№ 9 ' 2017]
The provision of microbiota in the chemical elements is solved through the introduction in the diet of mineral salts of the individual trace elements and their complexes. However, with the development of nanotechnology was more suitable to combine giving probiotics in conjunction with ultrafine preparations of trace elements. Studied the combined use of the probiotic Vetom 1.1. (Bacillus subtilis strain 7092) and ultrafine particles of copper (Cu) (d = 55 nm ± 15 nm) on chickens-broilers cross “Smena 8”. The control group received the basic diet, I experienced in addition to the basic diet received ODC Cu at a dosage of 1.7 mg/kg diet, a II — nano Cu (1.7 mg/kg of feed) and Vetom 1.1. (Bacillus subtilis strain 7092), in the dose of 1.5 mg/kg of feed. As follows from the data of the joint feeding of the two drugs was accompanied by a significant increase in the content of total protein in blood serum, the growth parameters of glucose. Moreover, the combined effect of the drugs was accompanied by a significant rise in the blood levels of lymphocytes and leucocytes. The combined effect of the two drugs in contrast to the group receiving only probiotic, characterized by increase in ALT. While feeding, Vetom was associated with a decrease in this indicator. The level of creatine kinase at the age of 28 days was significantly increased in the II experimental group. The carried out researches allow to assume the perspective sharing nano Cu and probiotic preparation.

INFLUENCE OF PROBIOTIC PREPARATIONS ON BLOOD HEMATOLOGIC PARAMETERS OF LABORATORY ANIMALS [№ 6 ' 2017]
Recently, researchers in the world have become interested in symbiotic microorganisms and probiotic drugs based on them. As a result of numerous studies in this field, more and more new probiotic supplements are being created. And proceeding from these data, the goal of this study was formulated: to study the effect of strains of symbiont microflora on the hematological indices of the blood of laboratory animals. The work is aimed at studying the influence of probiotic drugs (sporobacterin, soybean-bifidum) on morphological and biochemical indicators of blood of laboratory animals of the Wistar line. Studies of the morphological parameters of the blood of experimental animals showed that the level of leukocytes in the first test group (sporobacterin) significantly exceeded the control n, in the second experimental group (soya-bifidum), a significant decrease in the index was observed. Of all the morphological parameters, significant changes were characterized by hemoglobin and platelets in the first experimental group. Thus, the hemoglobin level of the first test group significantly exceeded control. The content of platelets in the first test group also significantly exceeded the control group in two, in the second test group the content was within the normal range. Considering the biochemical indicators of the blood of experimental animals, it should be pointed out that the level of amylase and creatinine in the second experimental group significantly decreases with respect to control. On the parameters of the total protein, the changes were insignificant. The urea index in the second test group increased significantly, relative to control. The index of glucose content relative to the control group in both the first test group and in the second group decreased. The level of total cholesterol throughout the period was relatively stable and is close to the control values. Thus, the inclusion of probiotic drugs in the diet of animals improves carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. In the course of experimental studies, soybean bifidum has a positive effect on blood counts, and the administration of sporobacterin leads to an increase in the content of leukocytes, hemoglobin and platelets, which indicates the occurrence of an inflammatory process in the body of experimental animals.

EXAMINE THE RELATIONSHIP OF ZINC BIOACCUMULATION IN FOOD AND HUMAN ORGANISM IN THE ORENBURG REGION [№ 10 ' 2016]
The influence of essential elements of the human body and animals is by far one of the most pressing issues bioelementologii. Of particular interest are the vital chemical elements from the group of heavy metals involved in metabolic processes. Excessive intake of data elements entails the development of a variety of pathological conditions, in connection with which there is a necessity of monitoring the content of the data elements at different levels of the food chain, particularly in the geochemical provinces with high levels of these elements. In connection with this great interest is the study of the relationship of zinc bioaccumulation in food and the human body. The article presents data monitoring research content of zinc ions in foods and biosubstrates population of the Orenburg region. Study of food, indicates that in areas of the West and Central Orenburg content of zinc ions below the permissible concentrations, while in the Eastern zone of the Orenburg content of the studied elements exceeds analog values of 2.2 and 1.9 times, in Central and West zone, respectively. The study of biological substrates (hair) produced by the population of the Orenburg region are above the acceptable level of zinc ions in the hair of women living in the eastern region by 10%, which is confirmed by correlation and regression analysis, testifying to the direct correlation content of the metal in food and the human body.

THE ELEMENTAL COMPOSITION OF BONE PREGNANT FEMALE RATS ON THE BACKGROUND OF DIFFERENT LEVELS OF CONSUMPTION OF DIETARY FIBER IN THE DIET [№ 5 ' 2016]
The paper presents the results of a study of the elemental composition of bone pregnant female rats who were on a diet with excess and deficient intake of dietary fiber before and during pregnancy (6 weeks). The basis of power was a semisynthetic casein diet that ensures adequate intake of protein, fat and carbohydrates, dietary fiber (2 g microcellulose), vitamins and salts. Deficiency of dietary fiber was modeled by excluding from the diet microcellulose, excess diet — by increasing the level of consumption microcellulose to 4 g/day. Modeling fiber deficiency in the diet of treated animals resulted primarily in a reduction of macroelements such as calcium and phosphorus. Among the essential trace elements mentioned only a change in the content of selenium — lower values as when scarce, and in excess diet. No significant changes in the content of toxic elements in the experimental groups were not observed.

FEATURES OF THE ELEMENTAL COMPOSITION OF THE LIVER OF PREGNANT FEMALE RATS ON THE BACKGROUND OF DIFFERENT DIETARY FIBER [№ 4 ' 2016]
High consumption of food fibers can break mineral balance in an organism. The exception of a diet of food fibers promotes higher content in muscular tissue of copper, iron, iodine, manganese, silicon and arsenic. In this regard interest causes element structure of a liver against various level of consumption of food fibers during pregnancy. Researches of element structure of a liver of pregnant females of the rats who are on a diet with various level of consumption of food fibers before approach and during pregnancy (only 6 weeks) are conducted. Comparing the elemental composition of the liver of female rats revealed that simulation deficiency of dietary fibers in the diet leads mainly to a decrease in the content of chemical elements except manganese. The most sensitive to the deficit dietary fibers appeared level of such elements as iodine, nickel, and silicon. Excessive intake of dietary fiber associated with a reduced content of chromium, iodine, nickel, arsenic, silicon, and toxic chemical elements such as mercury and tin, which is probably due to their absorption characteristics. Changes in dietary fiber intake had no effect on the level of most of the chemical elements deposited in the liver, such as iron, potassium, copper, zinc and selenium. These data support an important role in liver hemostasis these elements.
