FEATURES OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF FIRST YEAR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS [№ 1 ' 2022]
Currently, one of the main tasks of educational institutions implementing training at its various stages is to organize a “painless” transition of a person from one stage of education to another, allowing her to successfully adapt, actively function and continuously develop, not only during the training period, but also throughout her life. This requires the creation of favorable conditions for school graduates to enter the walls of a higher educational institution in the status of a student. Such sociopsychological conditions of the transition of a “schoolboy” to a “student” determine the purpose of this pedagogical research — the development of recommendations for organizational and methodological support of firstyear university students.
The experience of numerous practices and observations allows us to state: firstyear students of bachelor’s degree or specialty are the most sensitive and vulnerable in terms of organizational, psychological, educational, methodological and social adaptation to changing environmental conditions. A lot depends on what impression the student will have after the first acquaintance with teachers, fellow students, university staff. It is important to show goodwill, positive attitude, joy from meeting new people on the part of the teaching staff. Based on the theoretical and practical research, we have developed recommendations for organizational and methodological support of firstyear students, taking into account the age and psychological and pedagogical characteristics of a modern university student.
Summarizing the results of the study, we came to the conclusion that following the proposed recommendations on organizational and methodological support of firstyear students contributes to the formation of a university graduate in demand on the labor market, a competitive specialist focused on results and quality, as well as ready for professional and psychological adaptation.

CORRELATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS WITH PARAMETERS OF THE METABOLISM OF DISABLED ATHLETES [№ 9 ' 2017]
Сurrently the Paralympic games are the largest event of world sports, which increases the level of competition between participants. In the preparation of athletes to the games should pay increased attention to their psychological state and a number of indicators of metabolism of the body. Using this data and taking into account their relationship can increase the level of sporting achievements and preserve the health of Paralympic athletes. Conducted psychological research in General had satisfactory results. It was established the absence of significant negative emotions in connection with the peculiarities of physical and psycho-emotional stresses sledge hockey team. This may indicate a sufficient level of adaptation of athletes to training activities. The study of the elemental composition of hair showed that for the majority of the surveyed athletes was characterized by an excess of P, Na, K, Zn, and deficiency of Co, Cr, Ca and Se. In biochemical indicators of blood revealed elevated values of glucose, ALT, direct bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase from 40, 33, 47 and 47 % of patients, respectively. In the course of correlation analysis the highest correlation was observed between the studied psychological indicators and the level of Be, Mg, Se, Si, Al and CA in hair. Most of the indicators of the mental state was significantly correlated with the level of pancreatic amylase, γ-GT, AST, total protein and blood glucose. The study shows the link of the elemental composition of hair and biochemical indicators of psychological characteristics. Despite the fact that the psychological status of the athletes was normal, the indicators of the elemental balance and biochemical profile, in contrast, had deviations, which subsequently can lead to deficient growth and manifestations of neuropsychiatric diseases. Therefore, a questionnaire analysis of psychological status cannot give a full picture of the condition of the athletes, indicating the need for a parallel analysis of the indices of protein, carbohydrate, mineral and lipid metabolism and their timely correction.

PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION IN THE SYSTEM OF MODERN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING [№ 8 ' 2017]
Those who live in the realities of the modern educational paradigm of pre-University education is an important component of continuous education that provides continuity between the stages of the main (General) and higher education. An informed inclusion of pre-University education in the continuing education system makes it a significant factor in the actualization of the process of preparation of future specialist, bachelor’s, master’s in accordance with the requirements and challenges of the XXI century. Thus is implemented a kind of “zero course” preparation for learning in a modern University that allows students to not only successfully pass the entrance tests, but also subsequently improved the quality of master professionally oriented academic disciplines (modules). System interaction of the University with schools is based on the ideas of the cluster approach in education: around the University combined educational organization of General and additional education of children, municipal formations of cities and districts of the region on the basis of common objectives. The University is the intellectual center supporting school innovation, scientific and methodological knowledge, advanced pedagogical and information technologies, instructors, consultants, teachers-Tutors. Therefore, modern requirements to training of specialists, bachelors and masters, in which the focus of counseling is largely determined by the condition of the labor market, lead to the need for improved career guidance and close cooperation of the higher school educational institutions of General, secondary professional and additional entities, representatives of authorities, the education authorities municipal and regional levels. Thus, the pre-University stage of education can be considered as one of the components of the Foundation of modernization of Russian higher school, while the high quality of pre-University education, associated with the achievement of the required level of preparedness of the applicant to the training and formation of the motivational potential for the future of the profession, transformirovalsya in the strategic goal of higher education.

PRINCIPLES OF ANDRAGOGICAL INTERACTION OF SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE RETRAINING OF TEACHING STAFF [№ 2 ' 2016]
This article reveals the actual problem of organization of andragogical interaction of subjects in educational process in the professional retraining of teachers. The results of content analysis of relevant research papers prove that problems of professional retraining of teachers are not developed enough for now. A particular problem of a short-term professional retraining of teachers requires developing in terms of andragogical interaction of subjects in the educational process, namely, the principles of andragogical interaction of subjects of educational process in the professional retraining of teaching staff. Based on the content analysis of the empirical basis the content of educational science about andragogical interaction subjects of educational process is supplemented. The article updates and clarifies the content of the principles that should form the basis for the organization of subject-subject interaction of andragogists and listeners of professional retraining of teachers. On the basis of andragogical principles of learning, the peculiarities of teachers as subjects of andragogical interaction in the educational process of professional retraining, the specifics of the educational process of professional retraining the article clarifies the principles governing andragogical interaction of subjects of educational process in professional retraining of teachers. Andragogical principles of interaction of subjects of educational process in the professional retraining of teaching staff can then be used in the selection of educational technologies and materials, forms of organization, teaching methods and instruments for evaluation of results of interaction of andragogists and students of vocational training. The results presented in this article can be used in the work of the teaching staff of institutions of additional vocational training and educational organizations implementing retraining programs.

ABOUT ONE IMPLEMENTATION OF TORUS CRYPTOGRAPHY [№ 3 ' 2015]
The most popular cryptosystems with public key are: RSA codes, shifrosistem El-Gamalya, Mac-Ellis's shifrosistema and elliptic cryptography. Now the elliptic cryptography is considered as the most successful system providing good cryptofirmness in case of smaller key length. Recently there were works on torichesky cryptography where the new shifrosistem of CEILIDH based on algebraic Torahs is offered.

TWO CLASSES OF ALMOST C (λ)-MANIFOLDS [№ 3 ' 2015]
Almost contact metric manifolds have a rich differential geometric structures. The paper deals with almost contact metric manifolds, which are almost c (λ)-manifolds. D. Janssen and L. Vanhecke began investigated of almost c (λ)-manifolds. The curvature tensor is crucial for almost c (λ)-manifolds and curvature identities satisfied by this tensor are very important for understanding the differential geometric properties of almost c (λ)-manifolds. The results obtained in this paper identities expressing additional symmetry properties of the Riemannian curvature tensor of almost c (λ)-manifolds, allow to solve an actual problem of classifying almost c (λ)-manifolds, namely, to distinguish the class CR1 and CR2-class almost c (λ)-manifolds. We obtain the following identities curvature almost manifold.
