DIDACTIC CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES FORMATION IN SYSTEM OF FUNCTIONALLY - GUIDED PREPARATIONS OF EXPERTSIn the article the urgency is shown of the problem of professional adaptation of the graduates of technical colleges. The concept and the organizational - methodical bases are stated of the system of personal functional - focused training. Features of realization of this system are considered at the decision of the task of significant reduction of terms of professional adaptation. Recommendations are proved for formation of professional competences at students and graduates of technical universities.

The common system of criteria and training’s professional level showings of a future teacher is worked out in order to find out whether he or she is competent to resolve pedagogical conflicts. INFLUENCE OF FACTOR OF ASYMMETRY WEIGHTING CYCLE ON ENDURANCE LIFE AND MECHANISM OF SAMPLES DESTRUCTION FROM CONSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALSThe article is devoted to the kinetics and to the mechanism of fatigue failure, influence of compressing cycles of weighting on durability and the mechanism of destruction of constructional materials. The influence of factor of asymmetry of weighting cycle R is investigated in a wide interval of values on the general durability and the mechanism of fatigue failure of samples from aluminium alloy АК6 and steel 110PZL. For studying mechanisms of fatigue failure of samples the physical methods of breaks research are used: raster electronic microscopy, X-ray crystal analysis.

MULTIPLE USE OF PRODUCTS OF THE GOODS-IN-PROGRESS OF HYDROLYTIC AND TIMBER-CHEMICAL BRANCH IN ROAD CONSTRUCTIONExperimental results of research on reception of composite cementing materials are given on the basis of petroleum bitumen and products of the goods-in-progress of timber-chemical branch -shells of pine nuts, and also settling pitch of pyrolysis of a shell of pine nuts. The basic physical and chemical properties of bitumen and bituminous concrete are investigated, received with use of the specified additives. On the basis of the own and available literary data the basic directions and prospects of use of organic and inorganic waste products of the hydrolytic industry in construction and road-building branches are considered.
