CONCERNING THE PROBLEM OF WORKING AND CARRYING OUT THE WHOLE CONCEPTION OF A FUTURE TEACHER’S TRAINING TO PEDAGOGICAL CONFLICT RESOLUTIONThe urgency of working and carrying out the whole conception of a future teacher’s training to pedagogical conflict resolution in theory and practice of the higher professional and pedagogical education is substantiated in the article. The conception’s leading foundations are marked out: methodological, normative, technological. The technological model of the concerned kind of training, its certain leading principals and functions are worked out. The common system of criteria and training’s professional level showings of a future teacher is worked out in order to find out whether he or she is competent to resolve pedagogical conflicts. The complex of pedagogical conditions of the effective functioning and development of the worked out kind of training is described.
