Krolivetskaya V.E. MONETARY AND CREDIT AND BUDGETARY POLICY OF EXPANSION – IS THE PRECONDITION OF ECONOMIC GROWTH IN RUSSIAThe necessity is proved of simultaneous use of different approaches declaring expansion of demand and increase of the monetary offer in economy of Russia. The analysis is made of influence of the monetary and credit factors providing economic growth: a selective policy of refinancing, investment crediting, stimulation of attraction of long-term resources, increase of incomes of households.
