TRUST AND RESILIENCE IN DETERMINING FEAR OF VACCINATION (USING THE EXAMPLE OF FEAR OF VACCINATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC) [№ 4 ' 2023]
One of the most difficult problems of countering the spread of a new coronavirus infection was the organization of vaccination in conditions of massive informational impact with different directions. An unfavorable factor was also the presence of long-term, for 20-25 years, formed anti-action moods. At the same time, external information factors, being universal for the entire Russian society, did not have an unambiguous effect: some people decided on voluntary vaccination, some refused. The decision to refuse vaccination was often formed on the basis of a feeling of fear of vaccination. The identification of the sources of this fear can become the basis for a balanced information policy in the field of prevention of various diseases through vaccination. To this end, we conducted a study that allowed us to determine the relationship between the components of resilience and the fear of vaccination. The study sample consisted of 73 people aged 17 to 71 years. Such a sample composition allows us to consider the question of the competitive dependence of the fear of vaccination on objective social characteristics and subjective psychological factors measured in our study. Psychodiagnostic techniques were used for the study: S. Muddy’s resilience test, A.B. Kupreichenko’s “Methodology for diagnosing a person’s trust in the world, in himself and others”, as well as a semantic differential (the classical scale of Ch. Osgood), the following concepts were proposed for evaluation: “life”, “I”, “COVID19”, “health”, “disease”, “my past”, “my present”, “my future”.
The results of the study showed that the presence or absence of fear of vaccination occurs as the effect of the existing trust model. If this model is dominated by the individual’s self-confidence in the ability to assess and predict, build relationships, then there is no fear of vaccination; if distrust dominates, then the fear of vaccination manifests itself.

THE EXCITATION ENERGY AND CHARGE TRANSFER IN DONOR-ACCEPTOR SYSTEMS BASED ON SEMICONDUCTOR POLYMER [№ 6 ' 2018]
The effectiveness of energy transfer process of photo-excitation in donor-acceptor (DA) systems formed from semiconductor polymer poly[2-methoxy-5-(2'-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) with the addition of simple and endohedral fullerenes were investigated. It is shown that the energy transfer efficiency in the systems formed in the form of dilute solutions is on several orders of magni-tude higher than the theoretically expected energy transfer efficiency by the diffusion-controlled mechanism. On the basis of comparison of experimentally measured spectra of electron absorption of Y@C82, C60 C70 toluene solutions and the MEH-PPV luminescence spectrum the corresponding Förster radii of resonance energy transfer were estimated. For the tested DA systems a significant effect of exciton mi-gration between polymer links on the process of luminescence quenching was estab-lished. It is shown that the DA system formed using endohedral fullerenes is most effective.

TRAINING OF THE MODERN TEACHER IN THE CONDITIONS OF REALIZATION OF NOT PEDAGOGICAL DIRECTIONS OF TRAINING OF THE BACHELOR IN CLASSICAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION [№ 4 ' 2016]
At present educational institutions raise a question of staffing educational process since there are acute problems in system of training of the contemporary highly professional teacher. This is explained by many factors, including transformation and reorganization of specialized higher education institutions to classical universities in Russia, decrease in prestige of a teacher's profession, presentation of new modern requirements to the teacher, transition from a specialist program to two-level system of the higher education — a bachelor degree and magistracy, conditions of the organization of educational process in higher education institution according to Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education and Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education, the approval of the Professional Standard "The Pedagogue (Pedagogical Activity in Preschool, Primary General, Main General, Secondary General Education) (the Tutor, the Teacher)". In modern conditions of education modernization, there is a need for training of a teacher of new school in classical higher education institution, in the conditions of implementation of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education in non-pedagogical directions of the bachelor training. In particular, to prepare the bachelor in non-pedagogical direction Physics for pedagogical and educational kinds of activity, we should change the contents and fill the main educational bachelor degree program by disciplines of methodical and psychology-pedagogical cycles, as well as to implement an educational program of complementary professional retraining in the field of pedagogical activity (with the obligatory organization of student teaching practice and introduction of the following disciplines: the organization of a modern lesson, the equipment of physical laboratory, innovative methods of training and modern pedagogical technologies in education, electronic educational resources in professional activity of the teacher, standard legal base of the educational environment, etc.). Implementation of the proposed solution (training of students in two integrated plans: training of the bachelor of the non-pedagogical direction connected with basic learning a subject, as well as with complementary professional retraining in the field of pedagogical activity) will allow creation of a system of preparation of pedagogical staff for modern school in the classical university.

THE FORMATION OF ENDOMETALLOFULLERENES LANTHANIDES CLUSTERS IN SOLVENT AND ON THE SOLID SURFACE [№ 13 ' 2015]
The formation of the clusters in solution and on a solid surface can significantly modify the photophysical properties of the studied systems. Process of endometallofullerenes (EMFs) lanthanides (La, Gd, Ce) clusters formation in the polar solvent (dimethylformamide  — DMF) and on the mica surface by static and dynamic light scattering methods as well as atomic force microscopy was investigated. It is shown that endometallofullerenes in the solvent and on the mica surface form a stable system of nanoclusters with predominant dimension 50–60 nm. The combination of the methods of dynamic and static light scattering allowed us to estimate the molar mass of the scattering centers. Based on these data, the conclusion about the fractal nature of the EMF clusters and the estimation of their fractal dimension d ≈ 2.3 has been done. Zeta-potential of the EMF clusters in the DMF solution was measured. It is shown that the EMFs clusters have a negative charge and its zeta-potential value is –30 mV.

PHOTOPHYSICS OF OPTICAL FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS BASED ON BIOPOLYMER COMPLEXES WITH ORGANIC DYES [№ 13 ' 2015]
Research of physical and chemical properties of organic dyes complexes with biopolymers of different nature is an important task in connection with the great potential of such systems in medicine, nanotechnology, molecular electronics, photonics. This paper presents the results of the optical properties of film studies supramolecular structures based on organic dyes and biopolymers (DNA, chitosan), as well as opportunities for application of these materials in optoelectronics. A method for producing an optically uniform film structures on the basis of double-stranded DNA is formed on the principle of "guest — host", in which the dye molecules ( "guest") have high fluorescence ability. Superluminescence pyronine G obtained in such a system. A method for obtaining effective phosphors based system anionic dye — chitosan. The film system sulforhodamine B — chitosan is also obtained the effect of the dye Superluminescence. Experimentally demonstrated the possibility of using DNA-dye film material as a proximity sensor (sensor element) relative humidity. It is shown that the tested optical functional materials based on biopolymer systems — dye can be used as highly efficient phosphors, proximity sensors and other devices in optoelectronics.

FLYORESCENT DOSIMETRY IN PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY [№ 13 ' 2015]
The long-lived photoexcitations relaxation processes of fluorophores in biological tissues with molecular oxygen presence are investigated. This subject has a practical significance because of the active elaboration of photodynamic therapy and optical diagnostic. The futures of delayed fluorescence and phosphorescence in erythrosine stained healthy and cancer-diseased mammary gland tissues of BYRB-line mice were investigated in vitro. The dominant role of diffusive-mobile molecular oxygen in relaxation of triplet-excited long-life states of the dye molecules in cells is determined. A novel phenomenon of suppression of stained tissue delayed fluorescence under pulsed laser irradiation was revealed. The phenomenon was named as light quenching of delayed fluorescence (LQDF). The using of this phenomenon will greatly simplify the determination of the radiation "dose" in photodynamic therapy directly during the treatment session. Statistically certain distinction between delayed fluorescence characterization as well as LQDF extent in healthy and pathological tissues was established.

PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL AND METABOLIC ASPECTSOF ADAPTATIONAND DISADAPTATIONOF STUDENTS [№ 13 ' 2015]
Stress factors are the causes of emotional stress, reduced functional reserves of the organism, stress leads to increased morbidity and mortality. That's why studying of the mechanisms of adaptation and disadaptation of person has special importance. The article presents the results of long-term studies of the psycho-physiological and metabolic parameters'changes during the adaptation to various environmental conditions. The peculiarities of physical development, lifestyle, eating habits, bad habits, as well as cardio and metabolic parameters in students of different ethnic groups were investigated. Elemental portrait of young men with information about the features of the element status shows that most abnormalities are not related with ethnicity, but are related with the region of residence. At the same time, it was shown the influence of the person individual characteristics on the process of adaptation of students. Correlation analysis between psychological indices and the parameters of adaptation showed that the largest number of correlations between psychological characteristics and cardioindicators were in the group of Tatars. In addition, it is was shown that the functional hemispheric asymmetry of the brain affected on the body's ability to adaptation. Right hemisphere dominant young men hada higher rate of reaction according to the tests "assess attention", "noise immunity", "simple hand-eye reaction". Regardless of the type of functional hemispheric asymmetry, the young men had deficient of cobalt, selenium, an excess of lithium, iron and zinc, compared with the optimal interval centile. Thus, the adaptability of the organism depends on many factors, and defining factors are ethnic characteristics, the type of functional hemispheric asymmetry, lifestyle and environmental living conditions.

CONTROL OF STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS GROWTH BY ELECTROMAGNETIC THERAPY [№ 6 ' 2013]
The present work aimed to study the biological effects of Extremely Low Frequency Electromagnetic Field (ELF-EMF) on the growth rate, morphology and antibiotic sensitivity patterns of the Gram-positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus to determine any morphological and metabolic changes that might have been caused by ELF-EMF. In order to compare cell viability, number of colony-forming units (CFU) and growth rate (optical density at 600 nm) was determined. The results showed that a highly significant inhibition effect occurred when S.aureus was exposed to resonance of 0.8 Hz QAMW for a single exposure (120 min). Moreover, exposed cells became more sensitive to the tested antibiotics compared to control. Significant ultra structural changes occurred as observed by Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RAPD-PCR) revealed genetic fingerprinting variation as observed in the electrophoresis patterns between exposed and unexposed cells of S.aureus.
