A.N.Polyakov THE PROBLEM OF NOVGOROD - SEVERSKIY ORIGIN. One of the controversial questions of the Ancient Rus history about the origin of Novgorod - Sseverskiy is analysed in this article on the basis of different sources. The employment of new sources (results of archaelogical excavations and "Saga about St.Boris and Gleb") made it possible to consider this problem from a new point of view and to propose author's own version.
I.Ye.Makhrov TAX-PAYMENT EXECUTION: LEGISLATION IMPROVEMENT PROBLEMS This article analyses legality condition in the sphere of taxation relations, where one of the main problems is taxpayers' avoiding their tax-payment duties which has become very common nowadays. The article points out certain gaps in tax collection legislation and legal mechanism of tax levy; it offers some ways of developing legislative amenability measures for non-payment of taxes, of improving tax and organs cooperation.

Reference points show that cultural values are not given to a student in a ready-made form but through his personality ascent to these values on the basis of the universal dialectical rise of the needs. A.Ya. Mikitchenko WIND ENERGY APPLICATION IN ORENBURG REGION. Constant increase of energy rates points out the effectiveness of non-traditional sources of energy. The article deals with the possibility of electric energy production using wind-driven electric power stations in Orenburg region. The author proves the possibility of 50 kw electric power station installation working parallel to optimal control mains which provides max power efficiency within different wind speed.
Yu.V.Gorelskaya, A.P.Fot OPERATION OPTIMIZATION OF SINTERED POROUS MATERIALS INDUCTION HEATING UNDER THERMAL TREATMENT The article deals with one of the possible solutions of thermal problem. The aim is to compose basic mathematical model for heating process of sintered porous materials. The solution of a problem for bushing-type part made of ferrous carbon materials is given.
A.N.Polyakov, A.A.Terentyev EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF CNC LATHE THERMODYNAMIC CONDITION. This article represents the experimental research results of CNC lathe (mod. 16 B 16 T1) thermodynamic condition. The aim of this research was to determine lathe thermodynamic condition at different regimes of lathe idling. The experiment was carried out for three frequencies of spindle assembly rotations: 200 min-1, 800 min-1 and 2000 min-1. Temperature and movement indices on x and y axes were fixed at lathe heating and cooling. Two effects were fixed: "temperature flash" - after sa stop and "temperature failure" while restarting.
V.M.Kushnarenko, S.P.Beridze NATURAL LONGITUDINAL OSCILLATIONS OF THE CONICAL CORE. This article is devoted to the research of the vibrations of the core with broad fastened and narrow running ends. The solution is obtained as orthogonal system of functions series expansion, expressed by means of Bessel functions.
A.P.Vasilyev TEMPERATURE FIELD IN VISCOUS LIQUID AROUND COLLAPSE CAVITATION BUBBLE. The task about sphere-symmetric field of temperatures in viscous liquid around collapse cavitation bubble is considered. The mechanism of kinetic energy viscous dissipation is taken into account. The equation of energy was solved numerically by the method of finite differences. It is shown that liquid temperature near the bubble gets warm no more than on 10C in conditions appropriate to water pumps work.
N.I.Zhezhera SIGNAL INPUT BY THE DERIVATIVE FROM INLET PRESSURE IN SAFETY VALVE WITH SERVOOPERATION.The article describes the theoretical analysis and experimental test results of the signal input by the derivative from inlet pressure in safety valve with servooperation by means of resilient capacity connection into space between the basic and pilot valves.

Yu.I.Sinitsin, V.B.Shashkov CALCULATING AND TRANSFORMING CHAINS FORMATION BY MEANS OF THE OPERATIONS DIFFERED FROM THE BASIC ONE. The possibility of the functional transformers formation is considered on the basis of reflection functions device. The use of these functions gives the possibility to get chain structures of nosn-base composition of operational elements at the expense of changing the pole-zero diagram's form.

This method is based on the possibility of signal transformation contraction by means of changing harmonic function basis into Kernel Dirihle basis.

It's possible to estimate the quality of screw channel mixing by means of shift deformation. To determine the shift deformation in screw channel the dependence in the article is obtained. The dependence can be used to make up the mathematical model of plant materials extrusion for the determination of the effect parameter, which is characterized by the quality of mixing pressed mechanism
V.J.Polischuk, R.F. Sagitov, K.A.Fisenko, R.N. Abdrapgikov MATERIAL RHEOLOGICAL PARAMETERS DETERMINATION BY MEANS OF REVERSE EXTRUSION IN CIRCULAR CHANNEL WITH A MOVABLE WALL. The main power of useful resistance forces is spent in the run-off section. Therefore, optimization of the processes is needed to improve extruders single-screw pressed mechanisms used in food industry. It allows to determine rheological parameters of the extruded material in a thin layer with high speeds of the shift when it flows in circular channel (section) with a movable wall.

The approach to the description model formation of the bulk ingredients movement in the toro-like vibromaxer is considered on the basis of parameter synthesis elements. The complex of parameters and their correlations in technological description process are analysed.

N.E.Bannova THE PROBLEM OF ECONOMIC EVOLUTION FORECASTING IN THE CHAOS PHENOMENON CONTEXT: THE GENERAL APPROACH.The article expounds the basic principles the author bases on in the economic evolution research in the context of nonlinear dynamics methodology; the latter stressing the role of chaos in the evolution of unequal nonlinear dynamic systems. The nonlinear approach to the economic dynamics analysis allows to formulate correctly the problem of economic evolution forecasting and control.
V.A. Bondarenko, O.G.Karabanova ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF STRATEGY SELECTION IN ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY. The article deals with existing special points of view giving by different scientists on the problem of the definition of the notion "strategy". The notion "strategy" is the central one in the theory of management. The developed analysis allows to conclude that the notion "strategy" is being considered in statics as well as in dynamics. The author offers to determine strategy as a common trend of actions which gives a perspective development of the enterprise to achieve competing advantages taking into consideration favourable possibilities and dangers of external environment, its own advantages and disadvantages.
