He developed the category of Logos. Logos, which rules the world, rules the reasonable behaviour of a person. Therefore the wise man should live according to a nature - to live resignedly, but with fortitude, with dignity, obeying destiny.
Baisheva Z.V. A WORD IN A LAWYER'S SPEECH (BASED ON THE MATERIAL OF A.F. KONY'S COURT SPEECHES) Based on the data analyses of three dictionaries of frequency of A.F.Kony's court speeches, the author makes a conclusion that A.F.Kony's court speeches present a peculiar combination of different in styles and origin lexical means where everything contributes to the effectiveness of speech. The article can be of much practical help to modern court speakers in preparation for their speeches in court, in expedient use of lexical means in their speeches. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that dictionaries of frequencies have been compiled for the first time, the author is the first to try to analyze the lexicon of A.F.Kony, a court speaker.

Egorov JU.P. SPECIFIC DIFFERENTIATION OF BARGAINS In the article the legal regime of bargains in aspect of their specific differentiation is investigated. The functional orientation of bargains is put in a basis of classification. This approach allows to delimit unilateral bargains from other acts of behaviour of the subject of the right, including the offer and the acceptance. Division of bargains under the relation of subjects of the right to business activity is proved. The conclusion is made about the sufficiency of the bases of differentiation for the characteristic of modern conditions of bargains.

Safonova V.J. BIOLOGICAL ESTIMATION OF THE MUTTON RECEIVED FROM IRRADIATED ANIMALS Growth and development of three generations rats is studied whose parents for a long time were fed with mutton from the irradiated animals. The condition and the development of the arisen young growth of the next generation were defined on the following parameters: quantity of posterity in the litter; terms of detachment of an auricle; occurrence of a wooly cover; terms of becoming rats able to see; survival rate; weight of a body. Hematologic parameters of the first, second and third generation of rats were studied their reproductive ability. Weight factors of viscera (a spleen, a liver, kidneys, testicle) were defined.

EFFECT OF FUNGAL AND HORSE-RADISH PEROXIDASES ON LIGNINCARBOHYDRATE COMPLEX OF A BIRCH AND A PINE WOOD The influence of peroxidase of lignolitic mushroom Panus (Lentinus) tigrinus and a horse-radish on lignocarbohydrate complex of wood of a birch and a pine depend from рН environments and presence of peroxides of hydrogen. Oxidation of an aromatic part of a lignine component of lignocarbohydrate complexes by mushroom peroxidase occured at рН 7,0 at the presence of peroxide of hydrogen. In absence of peroxide, enzyme from a mushroom and a horse-radish caused secondary polymerization of low-molecular fragments the LUK.

FEATURES OF NERVOUS SYSTEM CHANGES AND HUMORAL IMMUNITY AT CHILDREN WITH CHRONIC GASTRODUODENITIS 100 children were examined with neurologic semiology in the age of from 7 till 12 years, 70from them with chronic gastroduodenitis, 30 with functional diarrheas. Depending on the form of gastroduodenitis and the intensity of neurologic deficiency the most typical neurologic, neuropsychological frustrations and their combinations, features of electroencephalography of brain, change of a level of serum antibodies A, M, G, E, circulating immune complexes are determined. With the help of the factorial analysis the most important neurologic, neuropsychological frustrations, changes of bioelectric activity of a brain, humoral immunity are revealed and adequate recommendations for treatment of the revealed infringements are given.

INFLUENCE OF HYPOBARIC HYPOXIA ON THE CONDITION OF FUNCTION OF EXTERNAL RESPIRATION AT PATIENTS WITH THE BRONCHIAL ASTHMA The dynamics of function of external respiration was studied at patients with a bronchial asthma with light and average persistent course at passage of a course of hypobarotherapy. The vital capacity of lungs (VCL) was investigated and the parameters connected with forced VCL - peak volumetric speed of an exhaled air stream, the maximal and average volumetric speeds of an exhaled air stream at elimination 25 %, 50 %and 75 %of vital capacity of lungs. The course of hypobarotherapy included 25 daily sessions of hypoxic trainings with conditions of a pressure chamber during 1,5 hours. Deficiency of an oxygen was created gradualiy (from a session to a session) by decrease of atmospheric pressure to the values equivalent to rise on 3500 meters above the sea level. Authentic optimization of parameters of function of external respiration was ascertained describing a condition of bronchial conductivity at patients with a bronchial asthma with light persistent course. At average persistent course the opposite shifts of parameters of function of external respiration were marked at absence of deterioration of a clinical picture. It specifies the expediency of hypobarotherapy use in complex treatment of bronchial asthmas with light persistent course and the further studying of an opportunity of use of a method for treatment of patients with other variants of disease. ASYMPTOTIC STAGE OF EXITONIC PROCESSES KINETICS IN POLYMERIC CIRCUITS WITH THE REGULAR AND THE BROKEN STRUCTURE In the work the review is made of the most important results of well-known publications on reactions kinetics in the condensed systems concerning to exitonic processes in macromolecular circuits of a natural and synthetic origin. The mathematical models are considered which are taking into account correlation and fluctational effects in kinetics of one-dimensional reactions. New models are offered for remote annihilation of "isolated" excitons: excitations on a circuit, enclosed within the limits of its connected pieces, and also the model which is taking into account complicated transport of excitons, as a result of shifting jerks of lateral parts of a circuit.

MOVEMENTS OF A MATERIAL IN SCREWS` CHANNEL AT PRESENCE OF THE BOUNDARY LAYER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CHANNEL On the flat model the movement of a material in the screws` channel is analysed at presence of a boundary layer at the bottom of the channel on which creeping of a material occurs. The condition is received determining the character of movement of a material depending on relative speed of movement of working bodies and a gradient of pressure in the channel. The parameter is offered - the effective pressure, allowing to characterize the processing influence on extruded article.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES OF VEHICLES WORK REGIMES IN CITY OPERATION CONDITIONS This article is devoted to the analysis of vehicles work regimes in city operation conditions using traditional and alternative types of fuels (ATF) (compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied oil gas (LOG). The researchers were realized in real conditions of exploitation on the base of running laboratory. Analytical method of effectiveness appraisal of automobiles transfer on ATF was suggested according to the results of fulfilled work, also norms of gas fuel consumption were worked up. Gas equipment of new generation, which provides effective work of lorries on CNG was suggested in this article too.

SOME BEHAVIOUR FEATURES OF UREAFORMALDEHYDE PITCHES USED IN MANUFACTURING OF BUILDING MATERIALS The results are given of experimental researches on definition of the starting time of polymerization of carbamide - formaldehyde pitches solutions depending on various factors. It is shown, that the determining factor is the size of a hydrogen parameter рН of a pitch solution. It is shown, that at equal values of рН size, time from the beginning of a preparation of pitches solutions to the beginning of their polymerization does not depend on mark of pitches, on time of their storage, and also on a parity of a solution components at which this size is achieved.

HYDRODYNAMICAL SIMILARITY OF THE HYDROVOLUMETRIC SHOCK MECHANISM The modern condition of the mathematical description of the processes accompanying work of hydrovolumetric shock mechanisms does not allow to solve the questions connected to definition of power-frequency characteristics, therefore frequently they should be defined in the experimental way. Thus definition of a class of mechanisms is fair. In the article features of application of the theory of similarity are examined. The received criteria and indicators of similarity, and also the functions of nonlinear transformation received experimentally, allow to distribute results of researches to a number of similar mechanisms.
Shashok A.V. ESTIMATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS RELIABILITY OF TURNING OPERATIONS ON THE DESIGN STAGE OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES The approach is stated to reception of aprioristic estimations of reliability of technological systems of turning processing details concerning a class of shafts, basing on imitating modelling of functioning of technological system by work of system of mass service. The decision of system of the equations is received, describing functioning of examined system of mass service in a stationary mode. The results are given of calculation of probability of non-failure operation of technological system of the turning operation, executed for conditions of working manufacture.
