Baisheva Z.V. A WORD IN A LAWYER'S SPEECH (BASED ON THE MATERIAL OF A.F. KONY'S COURT SPEECHES) Based on the data analyses of three dictionaries of frequency of A.F.Kony's court speeches, the author makes a conclusion that A.F.Kony's court speeches present a peculiar combination of different in styles and origin lexical means where everything contributes to the effectiveness of speech. The article can be of much practical help to modern court speakers in preparation for their speeches in court, in expedient use of lexical means in their speeches. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that dictionaries of frequencies have been compiled for the first time, the author is the first to try to analyze the lexicon of A.F.Kony, a court speaker.
