TRAINING OF MASTER’S DEGREE STUDENTS IN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE ^{[№ 1 ' 2021]}
The level of professional training and qualification of a specialist is often determined by the ability to communicate with colleagues and use databases in a foreign language.
The main goal of the work was to study the influence of a number of competencies on the development of a student’s perception of a foreign language culture, based on the principles of tolerance, openness to the opinions and positions of a communication partner.
The authors showed how the formed characteristics of the secondary linguistic personality allow the subject of educational activity to take part in indirect and direct intercultural communication, improve the quality of foreign language proficiency, both with a teacher and independently.
The result of the study was the identification of the nature of the influence of business communication on the success in mutual understanding of communication participants in the process of creating a common communicative and pragmatic space.

RECOVERY OF THE HUMUS STATE OF THE STEPPE CHERNOZEMS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE DEPOSIT ^{[№ 9 ' 2017]}
In the middle of the last century, in order to provide the country’s population with food products, the country began implementing the plan for extensive development of agricultural production. Only in the Orenburg region from 1954 to 1962, about 2.2 million hectares of virgin and fallow lands were plowed up, and the total area of arable land reached 6.4 million hectares. Along with serious miscalculations in the technology of growing the main crops, excessive plowing of steppe chernozems caused the development of a number of degradation processes, such as dehumification, de-structuring, over consolidation, soil erosion, which was accompanied by a progressive decrease in their fertility. However, at the end of the twentieth century, significant political and economic changes took place in the country, affecting the agricultural production sector. One of his results was the transfer of more than two million hectares into the deposit. Thus, for the first time in the agricultural period, previously arable land was found in an unprecedented natural experiment on the natural restoration of chernozems. This article is devoted to the study of the humus state of steppe chernozems in the conditions of the deposit. The more than 20-year period of soil restoration led to a change in the humus content from 2.79 to 4,1 %, its reserves to 88.9 % of that of the virgin land, an increase in the proportion of humic acids to 39.6 % and a humification depth of 2.33. The studies made it possible to conclude that the system of indicators of humus condition of soils showed high sensitivity to cessation of arable use and can be recommended as a diagnostic indicator for assessing the degree of natural restoration of the soil cover of the steppe.

NONLINGUISTIC SPECIALTIES STUDENTS LINGUISTIC AND COMMUNICATIVE TRAININGEXPERIENCE (ON ORENBURG STATE UNIVERSITY EXAMPLE) ^{[№ 2 ' 2015]}
The authors of this article have set a goal — to identify problem tasks exemplary system in teaching students of nonlinguistic specialties in higher education institutions. According to them, the process of bachelor's degree obtaining should not only be limited to the appropriation and consumption of knowledge, but also to its production. Employment problematic nature and an appeal to the controversial issues can significantly contribute to the creative level of teaching. Teachers of the foreign languages department are based on the fact that foreign language speech learning is the main component of professional training, while the skills acquired by students at the university, and the skills needed in the future professional activities, far apart, and in the process of learning a foreign language students do not develop communication skills. Students perceive that a foreign language is not worthwhile thing. This causes to build practical classes in the way that maximum interest of students is used to foreign language tuition. The authors believe that the language studying in the Orenburg State University is not only the development of the provisions of grammar, ability to read and translate specialized texts, but also from the study of the culture of the country the language is spoken. Teachers have developed a work program on language learning based on international standards and different levels of complexity. The foreign languages learning system proposed by the authors creates a number of necessary students competencies — linguistic, communicative, general cultural that allows teachers to successfully teach productive participation of students in vocational-oriented speech activity in writing and orally. New life conditions radically changed the task of training specialists, knowing foreign languages. Responsible attitude towards speech and formed productive linguistic consciousness determine professional success.

Property potential is examined as a complex socio-economic system with multifaceted structure of assets and relations of elements in the process of formation and use. There are distinguished main groups of assets and some of the groups of factors, which are influencing the transformation processes. The results of the study of processes of change in the assets of the estate are given. There are discussed transformation vectors on the real estate market as a consequence of the functioning of three process sectors and on which demand, supply and market price of real estate is formed in certain economic conditions.

ALKYLXYBENZOLS INFLUENCE ON FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY OF FC-FRAGMENTS OF ANTIBODIES ^{[№ 12 ' 2009]}
Ability of alkylxybenzols (AOB) change the functional activity of Fc-fragments of antibodies responsible for the initiation of the classical wais of complement activation is studied in the system of complementdependent hemolysis. It is determined that in such system C6-AOB and C12-AOB but not in C1-AOB and C3-AOB have their own haemolytic effect in high concentrations. At lower concentrations C6-AOB and C12-AOB influence on the kinetic characteristics of reaction of complementdependent hemolysis causing a time increase of lysis coming of 50% target cells without changing of lytic reaction speed.
