ELEMENTS OF DIGITAL PEDAGOGY FOR BACHELORES OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE SAMR MODEL [№ 1 ' 2024]
Digital pedagogy is becoming an integral part of the educational process in universities. Digital educational resources in modern education occupy a significant share of content and, in their influence on the formation of competencies, can compete with classroom work in contact with a teacher. Digital didactics, as a set of techniques that make it possible to effectively use digital resources in teaching, may include different approaches to the problem of attracting students’ attention to the material of a course or discipline. The SAMR model (Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, Redefinition) clearly demonstrates these approaches and highlights levels or stages, the design of which allows the teacher to productively use the capabilities of digital didactics to achieve educational goals. The development of digital pedagogy should provide the opportunity for the teacher to build developmental applications to achieve pedagogical goals in building individual educational routes, to personalize the process of achieving results of developing competencies, to diversify the learning process, and to reduce the time spent on situational control of knowledge, redistributing it to a program of cooperation and joint creativity in the implementation process of appropriate teaching strategies.

VARIATIVE CONTENT MODEL OF THE WORKBOOK FOR GRAPHIC DISCIPLINES WITH INFOGRAPHIC ELEMENTS [№ 3 ' 2022]
Modern learning technologies are increasingly using the capabilities of the digital educational environment, in the content of which consists of various types of presentations, training videos, sets of slides and illustrations play a significant role. When conducting an observational experiment and recording the data of intermediate certifications of students, it was revealed that visual means of presenting material definitively help the development of perception of spatial objects, their relative position and transformation. However, the results of such training are often not consolidated in the form of educational achievements in the form of skills, abilities, and mastery of elements of general professional competencies. The methodological support of the educational process in order to improve the quality of education can be supplemented by a workbook, which combines the visual perception of the material with the need to consolidate skills when working directly with a pencil in a notebook. Infographics of slide pages, formed while taking into account the principles of fundamentality, purposefulness and adaptability, allows you to activate visual memory, increase interest in the discipline, “keep” attention and teach you to focus on the main, key positions of the educational material. The principles of visibility, uniformity, continuity in the selection of material ensure a solid development of general professional competencies, which is relevant in light of new accreditation indicators for universities. A variative model of the content of the engineering graphics workbook has been developed, which defines the types, tasks, functions, principles, stages and approaches to the selection of the subject content of the discipline. The variability of the model allows using the most significant components to take into account the peculiarities of the contingent of students. The model can be applied to work on this type of methodological development to improve efficiency in teaching other disciplines at the university.

EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN UNIVERSITY DURING TEACHING GEOMETRY AND GRAPHIC DISCIPLINES TO THE BACHELORS OF TECHNICAL SCEINCES [№ 2 ' 2020]
The education system at the university at the present stage is being created in the context of reforming education and other areas of activity that are closely related to the development processes of civil society. In todays’ Russia, the educational system that developed during the Soviet period has essentially lost its influence, and in accordance with the new challenges of the time, a different system for organizing the educational process is being formed. When teaching bachelors of technical sciences, it is possible and necessary to take into account the educational potential of technical disciplines in the complex process of a future engineering and technical worker personality forming. The methodological basis of the study is the psychological and pedagogical theory and practice of creating a system of educational activity when teaching engineering disciplines at a university with the aim of forming the personality of a competitive specialist in engineering and technology and reflecting the requirements of educational and professional standards for the training of experts in engineering profiles. The purpose of this article is to determine professionally important qualities and professionally significant psycho-physiological properties, based on theoretical analysis and study practical experience in teaching geometric graphic disciplines at a university, which students can form in the learning process for personal development and successful mastering of the profession in accordance with professional standards and the realities of industrial and technical sphere. Graphic culture has an impact on the worldview and moral values of the individual, forms aesthetic tastes, contributes to the formation of a civic position and responsibility. Educational activities at the university should be implemented not only in sports, leisure and entertainment events, but the most important aspects of personal education in learning technical disciplines are the formation of cognitive independence, strong-willed personality, emotional, behavioral, intellectual flexibility, which are the key qualifications of the future engineer. The results can be used in the teaching of graphic disciplines in technical universities.

PRE-UNIVERSITY GEOMETRICAL AND GRAPHICAL EDUCATION OF AN ENROLEE IN PREPARATION STRATEGY FOR BACHELORS OF TECHNICAL STUDY DIRECTIONS [№ 5 ' 2017]
Knowledge of technical drawing and graphics is the base for obtaining the professions of an engineer, architect, builder, machine builder, motorist, technologist, designer. Sufficient level of geometrical and graphical preparation in the school allows to form a steady interest in mastering these professions and gives the pupil the opportunity to be successful in the future when studying in specialized colleges or colleges of technical orientation. The analysis of the working functions of workers in various areas of production shows that the level of geometrical and graphical training of a specialist is determined by how much he can visualize the problem, the readiness for a mental transformation of the object, the development and mobility of figurative thinking, the presence of formed spatial representations. However, today, when the technology teachers teach technical drawing in schools, an extensive and scientifically based invaluable database of algorithms, ways, methods and authoring techniques does not find its application in the practice of teaching the section “Technical drawing and Graphics.” The conducted entrance exam at the Department of Descriptive Geometry, Engineering and Computer Graphics confirmed the extremely weak geometrical and graphic training within the framework of the basic general education and allowed to formulate the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the successful teaching of the engineering students of the first courses in the technical training areas.

COMPONENTS OF TRAINING STRATEGY FOR FUTURE BACHELORS OF TECHNICAL SPECIALTIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES [№ 12 ' 2016]
Formation of professional competence of bachelors of technical areas of training is one of the main goals of the educational process in a technical university. The development of the future bachelors' professional competences is closely linked to the organization of general vocational training in the relevant departments of the university. Engineering graphics is a basic discipline for undergraduates of technical specialties and a basis of the general professional training as a key competence. Effective teaching engineering graphics allows willingness to act in specific production conditions competently and creatively, to be an effective and mobile whilebeing immersed in the related areas of activity. The paper identifies the component structure of a training strategy for future undergraduates in the department of descriptive geometry, engineering and computer graphics. The causes of low development efficiency of professional competencies of graduates in technical colleges are identified. The concepts of professional competence and professional standards are reviewed. It is shown that the strategy of general professional training of a bachelor should include the organization of vocational training process as an over-subject practice, during which dialogic interaction is exercised, the unity of subject and operational sides of teaching and learning activities, building teaching and learning activities in the context of future production operations, simulation of production and quasi-production situations, focused on the transforming them into a production task. The component structure training strategy should include a block of goal-setting and components such as substantive, procedural, personal and criterion-evaluation. Implementing the announced strategy will provide a sufficiently efficient training of the future bachelors of technical areas for the development of professional competencies.

AXIOLOGICAL DOMINANT IN THE DISCOURSE [№ 5 ' 2016]
The present paper is devoted to the study of interrelations between the contexts of a quotation and the quoting text. Presently, the issue of interrelations between discourses has not been studied fully yet. The analysis of a citation and a quoting text belonging to various discourses implies analyzing the referent situations and their cognitive models determining the semantics and pragmatics of the interacting texts. The intention of a speaker serves as the means of creating the hierarchy of the cognitive model's components. Depending on the author's will one or several components of both the situation and its cognitive model acquire specific significance becoming dominant within the framework of a particular referent situation. The meaning of an intext indicates the dominant, i.e. the most significant component of the situations mentioned. The present paper studies the peculiarities of the axiological dominant actualized as a result of inserting a quotation into a text. The authors make a conclusion about the peculiarities of axiological dominant component realization in the interacting discourses: the positive and negative assessments can be realized simultaneously; they can also be realized implicitly and explicitly, which proves significance of the axiological dominant component for the participants of a communicative situation within the media discourse.

BIOMETRIC EVALUATION OF THE CORNEA IN PRIMARY OPEN-ANGLE GLAUCOMA IN THE DYNAMICS [№ 12 ' 2015]
In recent years, more attention takes corneal biomechanical parameters and their relationship with the development of glaucoma. Central corneal thickness (CCT) of all parameters currently the most available for use in clinical practice. The aim of the work was to assess the state of the central corneal thickness in patients with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) in the course of 7 years depending on the stage of the process and its initial parameters. In 106 patients (147 eyes), corneal thickness was evaluated in dynamics within 7 years. The control group consisted of 235 healthy individuals (470 eyes). In the study group the average value of the central corneal thickness was 537.49 μ ± 33.83 μ, which was significantly less than in the control 555.48 μ ± 39.85 μ (t = 9.1; p < 0.01). At 82.3 % of patients with POAG central corneal thickness decreased by an average of 10.51 μ ± 11.81 μ, compared with the control group (35 % decrease of 0.29 μ ± 10.61 μ). During seven years there was a tendency to a decrease of the central corneal thickness both average and at different initial corneal thickness. This is significantly different from the control group. In addition, the reduction of the central corneal thickness in patients with primary open angle glaucoma increases with increasing time of observation (9.99 μ ± 12.47 μ at the observation 1–3 years, 12.11 μ ± 13.22 μ at the observation 4–7 years). The individual values of dynamic control of the central corneal thickness in patients with POAG for 7 years showed a statistically significant decrease in 82.6 % of cases. Reducing the thickness of the cornea is independent of its initial value and the stage of glaucoma.

PROEKTIVOGRAFIYA AS A WAY OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF DESIGN ENGINEERING [№ 5 ' 2015]
The article discusses proektivografiya way as an alternative to the descriptive geometry for preparation of geometry designers in high school. It is proposed that proektivografiya provides the creative process with the innovation level of creative thought, which is achieved only by special "projective" methods of transformation in agreement with the practice of combinatorial mathematical method based on the study of all possible permutations of spatial elements and their sorting options. Raises the problem of mathematical training of designers, in particular, the lack of knowledge of projective geometry in the educational results. The paper concluded that there was an insufficient geometric component in educational programs of the future designers. The paper highlights the problem of software for creating proektivografic drawings and of its usage by designers for making projects. The article shows the possibility of creating structural and geometric fields with the aid of computer programs using software for automatic construction of complex composite solutions. It is proved that the automation of the process at the stage of development of the concept contributes to the development of a new style, especially when the authors of projects use various computer programs that allow infinite variety of approaches and principles for creating structural and geometric fields and create a special type of video field on screen.
