SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL HERITAGE OF V.A. SUKHOMLINSKY AND MODERNITY [№ 3 ' 2023]
In the year of the teacher and mentor, which was announced by the President of Russia V.V. Putin, special attention is paid to the role of the teaching profession in modern life. The article discusses the relevance of the scientific and pedagogical heritage of V.A. Sukhomlinsky in modern realities of education transformation. Particular attention is paid to the problems of self-development of students and the continuation of the implementation of ideas from the standpoint of their actualization in modern education.
Folk pedagogy Sukhomlinsky recognized the personality of the student as the most important life value. The uniqueness and predictability of the principles of V.A. Sukhomlinsky manifests itself in the field of modern education, educational psychology, personality theory, developmental psychology. The teacher-innovator brought up self-esteem in students. His upbringing by work, team, word, beauty, nature was focused on morality and spirituality, on the formation of a thinking subject.
Constructive ideas and innovative experience of the teacher-practitioner V.A. Sukhomlinsky have not lost their relevance today. For example, environmental education in modern schools is based on the ideas of V.A. Sukhomlinsky. In continuation of his ideas, we consider pedagogical activity as preventive medicine for society as a whole, since educated and educated people contribute to the sustainable development of society and prevent many social problems, and this is a motivating factor in a health-saving lifestyle. Generalization of practical work experience is realized on the basis of discussion forums, business games, seminars, round tables, where issues of compliance with the principles of health-saving pedagogy in the educational process are discussed. The implementation of organizational forms of interaction provides opportunities for an active dialogue between the subjects of the educational process in the framework of updating the ideas of the pedagogical heritage of V.A. Sukhomlinsky.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF THE READINESS OF FUTURE ENGINEERS FOR RESEARCH ACTIVITIES [№ 4 ' 2022]
In the modern conditions of the development of the education system in the country, fundamentally new requirements are being put forward for the goals, content and management of the education system.
The training of highly qualified specialists capable of effectively solving the tasks of developing not only professional activity, but also science is possible only with the close relationship of the educational process with research activities. Innovations of the fourth-generation FGOS include the individualization of educational trajectories, including at the request of enterprises in those regions where there is a shortage of engineering personnel, as well as updating the standard, taking into account the priorities of scientific and technological development of the country. In this regard, the issue of high-quality training of engineering personnel who would be capable of creating new technologies necessary for society becomes urgent. One of the effective ways of forming exercising their control is the research activities of students.
We conducted an experimental study to identify the effectiveness of the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of managing the research activities of future engineers at the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Orenburg State University. The following organizational and pedagogical conditions were tested: enriching the content of engineering disciplines with research contexts; using design technologies as a means of developing students’ research potential; implementation of student-teacher networking based on information and virtual support in the form of a web resource.
The results of the study showed that under the influence of the proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions, there is a positive trend in indicators that determine the readiness of future engineers for research activities. Successful testing of the proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions in the educational process shows a real opportunity to increase the effectiveness of scientific activity of university students in order to improve higher professional education.

PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEMS OF A STUDENT’S PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT [№ 1 ' 2021]
The article substantiates the psychological and pedagogical concept of a student’s professional self-development, reveals the identified patterns and principles of developing strategies for a student’s professional self-development, establishes an integrative-project mechanism, presents a procedural model. The authors present the experience of implementing the concept of professional self-development of a student, characterize the pedagogical project of an open network experimental Foresight platform “Strategies for the professional self-development of a student.” Professional self-development is ensured by the integration of the components of the strategic potentials of the student’s personality, interaction and higher education on the basis of their accumulation, integration and transformation. Strategies are manifested in the direction of the design and self-design of a promising developing specialist, which creates an impetus for the development of professional and personal competencies. The scientific and pedagogical prerequisites and tendencies for solving the problem of the student’s professional self-development, conditioned by the study of the structure and content of the student’s professional self-development, the specifics of the conditions of education, principles and patterns, organization, forms, means and methods of activating the processes of self-development, have been established.

PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENTMODERN STUDENT [№ 5 ' 2019]
World trends in social development determine the need for pedagogical support of the professional self-development of a modern student for active independent development of competencies. The professional and personal result of student training is being updated, which is assessed by indicators of the achievement of the integrative competence of professional self-development, reflecting the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and the professional standard. At the same time, the problem of pedagogical support of professional student self-development in the conceptual plan is not sufficiently studied.
The aim of the study is the conceptual justification of the pedagogical support of the professional self-development of a modern student and the development of program-methodological and instrumental-technological means of its implementation.
The authors have implemented research tasks in the field of methodology, theory, conceptual apparatus, the construction of the concept of pedagogical support of professional student self-development, its model representation and practical implementation.
The general and invariant positions of pedagogical support of the student’s professional self-development regarding the profession and level of education in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards of higher education and professional standard are revealed.
The study implemented regional, cluster and international interaction on the basis of a network of experimental Foresight platforms and introduced the author’s integrated methodological, instrumental and technological support of the process under study.
The results of the study substantiate the significance of the solution in the theory and methodology of professional education of the problem of pedagogical support of professional self-development of a student; open up prospects in studying the potential of higher education in the logic of professional and personal growth of a future specialist.

FORMATION OF OUTLOOK IN SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF THE STUDENT [№ 11 ' 2017]
The difference of outlook from set of opinions is that the outlook is system, all his elements are interconnected and have the general basis in the logical and genetic justification. Outlook formation difficult and long process in which the higher education plays one of key roles. The spontaneous and ordinary device of ideas of the world leads the person to mythological views which syncretism complicates self-development of the personality. This difficulty is expressed in impossibility of forming of strong communications in the strategy of personal improvement. Transfer of provision of a znaniyevy paradigm from the purpose to the area of an implementer of competence-based approach allows to claim that a task of Higher Education Institution not only in vocational training of experts, but also in assistance in internal systematization of outlook of students. Axiological intensions of outlook of the student provide him creation of an author’s trajectory of self-development. Professional self-development as one of the leading vectors of self-improvement, is classified by the following methodological bases: traditional, innovative and forsayt-strategy. During the empirical research, the explanation of connection of outlook with self-development process was made to students and also the concepts “career” and “professional development” were differentiated. Students 1 and 2 courses of the Orenburg state medical University acted as selection. By result of completion of studying of disciplines “philosophy”, “bioethics” and “the person and culture” has been approved the axiological questionnaire which has allowed to establish orientation of students on practical aspect of profession of a physician. During the conversations it has been established that for students professional self-development is a necessary condition for achievement of the key purpose — maintaining health of the population.

STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF INSTITUTES OF HEALTH IN THE STUDENT’S ENVIRONMENT OF ORENBURG REGION [№ 10 ' 2017]
Аctivities of the institutes of health of the Orenburg region for the formation of a style healthy lifestyle, aimed at the formation of conscious and responsible attitude of students to health, focusing on health behavior, improving health-saving activity, the effectiveness of teaching and professional activities; prevention of socially negative phenomena in the student's environment, promoting a healthy lifestyle. In universities Orga, OSPU, OSU conducts numerous scientific studies. Strategy of development of institutes of health aimed at scientific and methodological support of the formation of the developing environment of professional education as a complex of information, social and psycho-pedagogical factors contributing to the formation of a healthy way of life, value of health as a resource for professional self-development of the student. We have developed and implemented pedagogical project of the open network pilot the foresight platform, “the Strategy of professional self-development of the student in medical education”.
