ABOUT MODELS DETERMINE THE OPTIMAL DIVIDEND PAYOUT ^{[№ 4 ' 2015]}
Dividend policy the organization is an important part of the overall strategy of any public company. From determining the optimal size of the dividend payout depends on market value of shares, of which, in turn, develops the market value of the company. Biased assessment of the market value of the company, which will be very different from the carrying value of the company, may mislead investors at various levels, from individual investors to public funds, and bring a host of unpleasant consequences. At the moment, universal model, allowing to determine the necessary size of dividend payments, does not exist. However, in the early 60-ies of the last century, a number of researchers from the USA have proposed several models to determine the optimal value of dividends, depending on a number of factors: the company's share price, shareholder value, indicators of firm size, economic situation in the industry of the enterprise, the ratio of demand and supply for securities, the debt to equity ratio of the company, the liquidity index and other, more complex factors. Among these models, we can distinguish the model of James Porterfield, based on what the firm must pay dividends at a fixed amount, after payment of which the share price will remain at the same level, the Gordon model, in which the size of dividends depends on the market value of the company, the model of Lerner and Carleton, in which the value of the shares is determined by the ratio of supply and demand for these securities. These models, despite some assumptions, collectively, will help the company to find the optimal value of dividends and do shares in their company more protected from sharp fluctuations, protecting investors from the high probability of losing the invested in shares of the funds.

The algorithm of calculation of a complex indicator of an estimation of resursno-industrial potential (РПП) is described. Areas of use RPP are defined. Results of approbation of estimation RPP at the large gas enterprise of the Orenburg region are resulted.

The author represented the results of physical examination by the youth of the sub- and of the call-up age, that live in Orenburg region. Period of observations appeared 2005–2009. Statistical and analytical methods are used. It is noted, that in Orenburg region during the last five-year period the index of fitness for the military service had a tendency toward the improvement, so in 2009 during the initial setting to the military calculation it reached values of 66,09%, and with the call to the military service — 67,66%.

Abstract. The article considers issues of appraisal of heavy metals migration of in soil-plant systems. The authors present the migration process of metals in soil-plant system as a stationary Markov’s process. On the basis of this approach integral indicator allowing appreciating the soil-plant system on their migratory ability is theoretically justified. The results of the integrated appraisal of soil-plant systems are given in this work.

Fecal strain Staphylococcus aureus from people with bowels dysbacteriosis show relatively low level of steadiness to cation leukocytes protein "intercude". In comparison with test-strain S. aureus "Cowan 209" copraisolates S. aureus cause more expressed activation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes of patients from whom they were got. Key words: Staphylococcus aureus, dysbacteriosis of bowels, cation leukocytes proteins, steadiness, polymorphonuclear leukocytes, chemotaxis.
