CHEKHOV'S TRADITIONS IN SATIRE OF 16TH LINE OF "LITERARY NEWSPAPER" ^{[№ 11 ' 2004]}
There is a comparison of satirical texts of 16th line of "Literary newspaper" (1967, 1977, 1987 and 1997) with early works of A.P. Chekhov (1880-1887) in this article. The aspects of the comparison are satire object, peculiarities of plot construction and character creation. Success and errors of satirical newspaper in Chekhov heritage mastering are noted here.
