SIMULATION OF PRODUCTION SITUATIONS IN A STUDENT STARTUP: TRAINING PRACTICE [№ 4 ' 2023]
As part of the “Student STARTUP” grant competition, the author proposed a startup project “Vocational Training Center using a training drilling rig.” The project took part in the competition of the ANO “Platform of the National Technology Initiative”. In parallel, at Orenburg State University, the Department of Youth Policy and Community Interaction launched an acceleration program to support student initiatives, created an “Entrepreneurial Boiling Point” and opened a startup studio. In the conditions created at OSU, it was possible to implement the original startup. The oil and gas industries are experiencing an acute shortage of qualified specialists to operate drilling equipment. Training in drilling operations is carried out on training installations that imitate and simulate oil and gas production situations on computer simulators. The main disadvantage of virtual training is the incomplete formation of skills to perform a cycle of assigned work. Existing production plants are a source of increased danger and are often used only as mock-ups. In the work of the training center, along with virtual simulators, the operating simulator “Training Drilling Rig” is used, the patent for which was received as part of the “UMNIK 2019” grant competition and which was created with the support of the “Student Startup 2022” grant competition. The center provided training, advanced training and retraining for 85 people. The results proved the effectiveness of pedagogical technologies and student satisfaction. The development of a student startup from the idea of creating a training drilling rig to a center for training practical skills in the oil and gas industry has become a real opportunity for the youth of the city and region to acquire and improve sought-after modern competencies. Scaling a startup is advisable for independent training centers, competence centers and experimental sites for the spread of student entrepreneurship in the region.

HEURISTIC APPROACHES IN SOLVING ENGINEERING PROBLEMS BY FUTURE TECHNOLOGISTS AND DESIGNERS [№ 2 ' 2023]
The modern stage of development of mechanical engineering is characterized by the need for highly qualified specialists who are ready for a quick change of production conditions. The problems of preparing machine builders for the dynamics of the world of work determine the search for new means of developing their heuristic professionally-oriented competencies. In the prevailing socio-political and economic conditions, characteristic directions of rapid transformations of production conditions are determined, such as changes in the product range, product release programs, equipment and tooling. Heuristic strategies determine options for various promising solutions, significantly reduce the duration of the search for optimal versions.
Diagnostics of the readiness of future machine builders to solve problems using heuristics revealed significant problems associated with the predominance of a low level of development of technical thinking (up to 57% of respondents) and insufficient motivation (up to 82%) to use heuristic approaches in future professional activity.
Experimental work in groups of future machine builders proved that the integrated introduction of command forms into the educational process of training machine builders, the development of heuristic techniques for solving production tasks allows to intensify the process of preparation for changes in production conditions. The frequency of using heuristic techniques increased by 47.3%, the number of students with increased (from 31.3% to 45.7%) or high (from 5.2% to 12.7%) levels of such skills increased, manifestations of a high level of general skills of using heuristic techniques in technical tasks of future professional activity increased (an increase of 7.1%).

STUDY OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL RISKS AND RESOURCES FOR ENHANCING THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF A FUTURE ENGINEER [№ 2 ' 2023]
The training of future engineers at the university includes a large number of design work related to the study of various disciplines of the curriculum throughout the entire period of study. In the junior years, students are loaded with projects of humanitarian content, and then they perform complex computational and graphic tasks of professionally oriented projects. The implementation of educational, research and research, innovative course and diploma projects is a mandatory completion of the study of cycles and modules of the general professional and professional components of the training program. It has been established that a large amount of spontaneous or ineptly organized independently project activity of a student causes organizational and technological risks of educational lag, educational difficulties, leads to unreasonable losses of the contingent. In order to study the causes of educational failure and search for resources to reduce it, surveys of future engineering students were conducted. It has been established that a significant impact on the decrease in the educational project activity of first-year students is exerted by the mismatch of ideas about the “free life” of the university and the realities of labor-intensive project activities at the university, the lack of formation of personal organizational and technological training skills.
Time management technologies as one of the disciplines of the curriculum were used as organizational and technological resources for activating the project activities of the future engineer. In practice, the most effective was the analysis of typical mental traps. Repeated diagnostics of the manifestations of organizational and technological risks of project activities revealed a trend of their leveling, as well as an increase in student satisfaction with the achieved project results.

E-LEARNING COURSES DEVELOPMENT INTELLECTUAL METHODS FOR ADAPTIVE LEARNING [№ 4 ' 2019]
Modern professional education is characterized by a steady trend towards the transition to digitalization and personification of training. Modernization of professional education is currently associated with the introduction of adaptive, practice-oriented and flexible educational programs. At the same time, existing platforms for creating e-learning courses, for example, the most popular system Moodle, do not yet have the ability to intellectualize the learning process, flexibly adapt the educational content to the individual needs of students, do not contain convenient intellectual tools to support developers of online courses, automate routine operations for structuring educational content.
To solve these problems, we have analyzed approaches to the development of e-learning courses, identified development stages and requirements for e-learning courses, developed a model of e-learning courses and a model of data collected in the process of e-learning. Based on the developed models, we suggest intelligent methods for creating e-learning courses: an algorithm for structuring materials for an e-learning course, an algorithm for hierarchical classification of materials for a course according to thematic blocks, an algorithm for primary ranking of educational items in complexity and significance, an algorithm for initial determination of the dependencies between blocks and elements of a course. Logical and physical architecture of an intelligent platform for creating and maintaining courses for Moodle has been developed.
The use of intelligent platforms for the creation and maintenance of electronic e-learning courses will significantly increase the efficiency of the course authors and will expand the choice of courses in the regional digital educational environment, which will positively affect the quality of training.
