Aiming to study the extent and pathogenesis mechanisms of anemic syndrome at system Biett's desease (SBD), parameters of iron, haemolysis and inflammation were examined from 44 patients. Anemia was at 75% of patients: chronic iron deficiency anemia, "inflammetary desease" anemia, normochromic were diagnosised; herewith subclinical haemolysis signs were presented.
