NEW MECHANISMS FOR QUALITY MANAGING OF BAKERY PRODUCTS [№ 6 ' 2018]
Today, the system of evaluation of technological qualities of wheat-based indicators of the nature, grain hardness, ash, “numbers fall”, the quantity and quality of gluten, therefore there is a necessity of considering multiple factors in the formation of quality of wheat products. Therefore, an important task of the baking industry is to minimize the analyzed factors of quality formation to improve the prognostic ability of consumer properties of bakery products. Its solution can be achieved by developing production solutions for managing the quality of bakery products by establishing certain technological parameters of production on the basis of information about the quality of wheat flour used.
The aim of the study was to study the influence of physical and chemical parameters of wheat grain on the formation of the quality of bakery products and, on the basis of the discovered patterns, the development of methodological approaches to quality management of bakery products. 13 popular varieties of wheat grown in the Orenburg region were milled at the laboratory mill Nagema to obtain flour of 1 grade. Flour produced a laboratory wheat bread-sponge method. As managing technology parameter of production in the production of bread used the rate of humidity of the dough. Prepared sponge samples with humidity from 41 to 72 % in increments of 1 %. As a physico-chemical indicator of grain quality, with a high degree of importance determining the baking quality of flour, grain hardness index was used, which was determined by the PMT-3 microhardometer. It is established that information about the hardness of grain can be used to control the quality of finished products. Control is possible by selecting a certain humidity sponge in the sponge method of dough preparation.

FORMATION OF A GAS STATIONS NETWORK BY COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS [№ 10 ' 2014]
Article contains methodical instructions for formation of a gas stations network by the natural gas, that serving city route transport. The indicator, which allows estimating of filling network from a position of availability to clients is presented. The flowchart of selection method of gas cylinder set with compressed natural gas for buses, the flowchart of selection of refill means with methane taking into account indicators of work of city buses in a route, the structure of goals and objectives of a study are given.

ASSESSMENT OF THE CURRENT STATE OF POST-AGROGENE SOILS OF THE DELTA OF VOLGA [№ 10 ' 2013]
The assessment of a physical and salt condition of post-agrogene soils of anthropogenically transformed landscapes of the delta of Volga is carried out. It is established that existence of irrigation canals and proximity of an arrangement of the main drainage channel has impact on spatial distribution of soil properties and salts in a landscape (r = 0,84). The arable horizons of studied agrosoils authentically differ from each other on key parameters: Kvodopr, Pb, Kstr and to the maintenance of LRS.

METHODS OF FIELD ELECTROPHYSICS IN SOIL APPROBATION OF ARID TERRITORIES [№ 10 ' 2013]
The article dwells on the results of the research that was made with the help of electrophysics methods and traditional methods of saline soil approbation of anthropogenically altered landscape of the deltoid landscape within the western part of the Volga delta and the eastern part of ilmen. Our regression analysis of different data, obtained by different methods, confirmed that it is preferable to use a water-saturated soil pastes method to estimate the salt content in the landscape.

INFORMATION MEASURING SYSTEM OF DETERMINATION CONSUMER PROPERTIES OF WHEAT [№ 3 ' 2013]
Possibilities for determination of wheat consumer properties in information measuring system are explored. Use of the developed methods of computer vision allows defining indicators for grain hardness and water absorb capacity with maximum error not exceeding 3%. The use of engineered artificial neural network allows to reduce the error of definition of a class of grain hardness up to 0.2-1.0%.

STUDYING OF INTERDEPENDENCE BETWEEN SOIL PROPERTIES IN THE SALTED SOILS [№ 12 ' 2011]
In work results of the statistical analysis of interdependence of the maintenance of salts and soil properties in the salted soils of delta of Volga are resulted. It is shown that most the close connection exists between the maintenance of salts in soil and рН, and also the maintenance of a humus and humidity of soil. Results of the factorial analysis have shown that the first primary factor is positively connected with S and rb, negatively connected with pH and W.

Control starting position drive shafts-distributing mechanism can be implemented using a diagnostic parameters characteristics of fluctuating pressure air inlet of the engine. The authors suggested parameters and the equation by which such monitoring is possible.

EFFECT OF GRAIN HARDNESS OF SPRING WHEAT AT ITS MERCHANDISING FEATURES [№ 4 ' 2011]
The paper assessed the impact of grain hardness of 13 most common varieties of spring wheat from three natural geographic zones of Orenburg region zoning on the merchandising characteristics of wheat grain and its conversion products. The authors revealed significant relationships between indicators of quality of grain, flour and finished products, constructed mathematical models describing the relation in the microhardness of grain and baking qualities.

EVALUATION OF CONTAMINATION LEVELS FOR THE WHEAT GRAINS FROM DIFFERENT NATURAL AND GEOGRAPHICAL ZONES OF ORENBURG OBLAST BY SPORES OF THE ROPE PATHOGENS [№ 2 ' 2010]
The paper made evaluation of contamination levels for the wheat grains from different natural and geographical zones of Orenburg Oblast by spores of the rope pathogens through the method of vacuum membrane filtration with the use of nutritious cardboard substrates. The paper revealed wheat contamination level functions of different zones by bacteria Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus Mesentericus; conclusions were made of correlations between grain contamination levels and soil and climatic conditions.

The report provides the results of research into the causes for formation of water-oi emulsions and methods for their demolition by demulsifying agents at oil treatment plants and booster pump plants. It shows the effectiveness of Din-4 demulsifying agent with the presence of corrosion inhibitor "Concor" and without it at the wells of Yuzhno-Subbotinskiy and Kommunarovskiy fields of Orenburg Oblast.

The opportunity of changes of sodium thiosulfate solution on mean "Belizna" of household chemical goods at standard method is researched with aim to unify the analysis of stratal water on content of bromide- and iodide-ions. According to this long (5-7 days) and toxic process of mixing of working solution of sodium thiosulfate is excluded. This method can be used directly on oil wells.
