Gritsenko V.A., Gritsenko Ya.V. SENSITIVENESS AND ADAPTATION OF STAPHYLOCOCCUS TO BACTERICIDAL ACTION OF CATION PROTEIN OF LEUKOCYTES "INTERCID"During experiments in vitro it was established that culture Staphylococcus aureus are less sensitive to bactericidal action of cation protein of human leukocytes “intercid” (mol. m. 11,0-11,5 kD), than coagulazonegative staphylococcus. The adaptation of staphylococcus and their sensitiveness increase to “intercid” at bacterium cultivation in MPB with given cation protein (2mg/ml) during three replanting are shown here. Key words: aureus, coagulazonegative staphylococcus, cation protein of leukocytes, bactericidal action, adaptation.
