ANALISIS OF INTERCONNECTION OF SERUMRESISTENCE AND PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF ESCHERICHIA COLI WITH THEIR ABILITY TO FORM BIOFILMS [№ 4 ' 2012]
The article includes materials about variability of 45 strains Escherichia coli from patients with infectious-inflammatory diseases of an urogenital tract and biliary ways to serumresistence, integral physico-chemical properties (hydrophobicity, electrokinetic potential — z-potential) and ability to form biofilms. Bacterial isolates forming biofilms and "biofilm" fraction of E. сoli are less resistant to bactericidal activity of serum and more hydrophobic, than isolates E. coli not forming biofilms, and cells from "planktonic" fraction was established.

INFLUENCE OF CULTIVATION TEMPERATURE ON PHYSIOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL FEATURES OF ESСHERICHIA COLI К12 [№ 12 ' 2009]
The analysis of influence of cultivation temperature on the dynamics of reproductive capacity and physical-chemical features (hydrophobicity, z-potential) of Essherichia coli K12 in periodic cultures is presented in this article. Chronological conjugacy changes of these features are observed at the optimal temperature of 37?C of Escherichia. Adaptation of E.coli to the sub- and supraoptimal temperature (27?C and 42?C) is accompanied with a marked modification of the analyzed characteristics and desynchronization of their dynamics.

MORPHOLOGIC-PHYSICAL AND PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF ESCHERICHIA’ ADAPTATION TO BILE AND CATION ANTIMICROBIAL PROTEINS [№ 12 ' 2006]
Experimental data revealing peculiarities of changes of morphological-physical and physical chemical characteristics of escherichia at their adaptation to bile and cation antimicrobial proteins of human leucocytes and thrombocytes are given in this article. Key words: Escherichia coli, bile, cation antimicrobial proteins, leukodefencines, thrombodefencines, adaptation, electro-kinetic potential, hydrophoby.

STEADINESS TO CATION "INTERCYDE" LEUKOCYTES PROTEIN OF STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS COPRAISOLATES AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON CHEMOTAXIS OF POLYMORPHONUCLEAR LEUKOCYTES OF PEOPLE WITH STAPHYLOCOCCUS-ASSOCIATED DYSBACTERIOSIS OF BOWELS [№ 12 ' 2006]
Fecal strain Staphylococcus aureus from people with bowels dysbacteriosis show relatively low level of steadiness to cation leukocytes protein "intercude". In comparison with test-strain S. aureus "Cowan 209" copraisolates S. aureus cause more expressed activation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes of patients from whom they were got. Key words: Staphylococcus aureus, dysbacteriosis of bowels, cation leukocytes proteins, steadiness, polymorphonuclear leukocytes, chemotaxis.

PROPERTIES OF ESCHERICHIA COLI AS FACTORS OF TRANSLOCATION FROM BOWELS TO INNER ORGANS [№ 5 (app.1) ' 2005]
It is shown on the models of E.coli translocation from bowels to inner organs of mice that the change with symbiont (parasite) of habitation epitope is accompanied with clones selection and savings with more evident capability to inactivation of complement, lysozyme and intercede, bigger activity of catalase and lesser hydrophobicity, which allows to put these properties to factors of bacterial translocation. Positive dynamic of described features in bowels subpopulation of echerihiya at translocation, allows to suppose the forming of conditions for support of its dysbiotic condition due to translocated bacteria recolonization in bowels microbiocenose.

CLINICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF NEW-BORN CHILDREN WITH PATHOLOGY OF RESPIRATORY SYSTEM [№ 5 (app.1) ' 2005]
The analysis of clinical and microbiological characteristics of 45 new-born children with pathology of respiratory system and anamnestic data of their mothers, was developed in this article. Distinguishing characters of unfavorable period course of respiration function rehabilitation of new-born children, were distinguished here. It was shown that antibiotic-resistant staphylococcic flora dominates in taxonomic structure of bacterial contamination of different children econiches.

SENSITIVENESS AND ADAPTATION OF STAPHYLOCOCCUS TO BACTERICIDAL ACTION OF CATION PROTEIN OF LEUKOCYTES "INTERCID" [№ 5 (app.1) ' 2005]
During experiments in vitro it was established that culture Staphylococcus aureus are less sensitive to bactericidal action of cation protein of human leukocytes “intercid” (mol. m. 11,0-11,5 kD), than coagulazonegative staphylococcus. The adaptation of staphylococcus and their sensitiveness increase to “intercid” at bacterium cultivation in MPB with given cation protein (2mg/ml) during three replanting are shown here.
Key words: aureus, coagulazonegative staphylococcus, cation protein of leukocytes, bactericidal action, adaptation.
