The main power of useful resistance forces is spent in the run-off section. Therefore, optimization of the processes is needed to improve extruders single-screw pressed mechanisms used in food industry. It allows to determine rheological parameters of the extruded material in a thin layer with high speeds of the shift when it flows in circular channel (section) with a movable wall.
