THE INFLUENCE OF NON-STATIONARY FATIGUE CHARACTERISTICS TO THE DURABILITY OF WELDED JOINTS FOR TRANSPORT FACILITIES The analysis of accumulated fatigue damage indirect characteristic - the destruction energy of frames local models is done. The relation of fatigue limit lowering from worked out resource is determined. The modified version of the linear hypothesis of fatigue damages accumulation is offered. It based on the conditional value of a fatigue limit, defined by a coefficient of the damaging stresses lower boundary.
