PROJECT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A DIGITAL SCHOOL BASED ON THE “STUDIO OF ROBOTICS AND MODELING” KIBERLITSEY” (IN MOAU “LYCEUM № 1” OF ORENBURG) [№ 4 ' 2020]
Report. Since 2018, Russia has been aiming to digitalize the economy. This requires new competitive personnel, whose training begins at school. Modern schools in the educational process should teach students to apply the knowledge of digital technologies in real life. When the technology of education changes, the role of the teacher must also change. A modern teacher should teach children to work in a team, correctly apply reflection, learn to plan their time in conditions of great congestion, navigate well in information flows, and become a Navigator for the student. We conducted a theoretical study. The experience of our Western colleagues successfully meets the challenges and trends of digital education. We understand that it is not enough to have the latest digital technology for computer literacy and effective education in General. The negative result of the widespread use of “gadgets” with Internet resources is the clip thinking of the younger generation. New educational technologies should allow students to develop their thinking from all sides and reduce the dominant role of clip thinking. Taking into account the positive and negative experience of implementing digital technologies in the educational system, we developed a project for a digital school based On the “Studio of robotics and modeling Kiberlicey”. It includes extracurricular activities of the courses “Fundamentals of programming technical devices”, “Programming in Python”, “Equations and properties with parameters”, “Mathematical modeling in solving mathematical problems”. The choice of these courses, as practice shows, forms IT-literacy, analytical and critical thinking, thinking of robot engineering, skills of information Gigi-technology, knowledge mapping.

MATHEMATICAL CULTURE OF STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL DIRECTIONS OF TRAINING [№ 2 ' 2019]
The problem of low quality of mathematical school education and reduction of classroom hours in mathematical disciplines at a higher education institution, actualizes the issues of finding the internal reserves of a person when teaching mathematics to students of technical training. The practical and scientific experience of the authors shows that high results can be achieved in the formation of a student’s mathematical culture. Active research on the mathematical culture of the individual in the last decade has led to a revision of this concept through the prism of new research and the current state of mathematical education.
Analysis of the research of the last decades of the last century and the beginning of today’s problem of mathematical culture of the individual, in general, and students of technical, economic specialties, in particular, revealed common approaches and differences in this concept. Studies of the last decades show the versatility of the concept and structure of a person’s mathematical culture depending on the type of activity and occupation of this person (preschooler, schoolboy, high school student, student of economics, technical training, etc.). In this connection, it was concluded that it is impossible to give a universal definition of this concept in the general understanding of the individual.
Our research on the problem of the mathematical culture of students of technical areas of training and the new aspects of this problem, revealed as a result of the analysis, made it possible to supplement the structure of the mathematical culture of a student of technical areas of training and to define in light of a different perspective on this issue. It is shown that the key element of mathematical culture is mathematical knowledge, which should be trained in the development of mathematical thinking, which entails the development of mathematical abilities that are formed in mathematical activity. Formation of skills in the use of mathematical language and skills of self-education are an integral part of the mathematical culture of students of technical areas of training, but they are organically part of the general fund of mathematical knowledge.

ASSESSMENT OF INDICATORS OF THE ECOLOGICAL CONDITION OF TERRITORIES OF THE ROAD NETWORK OF THE STATE COMPANY "AVTODOR" [№ 6 ' 2015]
Development of road economy in the territory of Russia is connected with ensuring rational environmental management which is directly provided with the scientifically based decisions directed including, on reduction of the negative consequences connected with influence of motor transportation streams on ecosystems of roadside territories. In relation to the existing and perspective road network of the State company "Avtodor" the list was created and the quantitative assessment of values of each indicator characterizing the current ecological state of roadside territories and degree of their resilience to technogenic influences from a transport complex is executed. Natural zoning of the territory of a road network on zones of a taiga, the woods, steppes, semi-deserts and deserts is made. Such major climate factors as radiation balance, a territory relief, district height are considered. Kinds of soils of the territory of a road network of Avtodor Group depending on such factors as emission of carbon dioxide by soils, the capacity of a cationic exchange of soils, acidity, the content of nitrogen in the soil, organic substance of the soil, fertility, number of phytoweight, vegetable community are in detail analysed. The made analysis because of the scale didn't put (and I couldn't set) a task of development of concrete recommendations about these or those technical decisions promoting preservation or improvement of ecological indicators in certain roadside territories. For this purpose additional detailed and purposeful inspection of the most ecologically vulnerable sites of a road network is necessary.

FEATURES OF DETERMINATION OF PARAMETERS OF THE LAG EFFECT OF SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF THE CONVERGENCE OF THE OPERATED CAR WHEELS AT DYNAMIC OVERCOMING OF RISES [№ 4 ' 2015]
At the movement of the vehicle under the influence of various factors because of gaps and deformations in elements of the steered bridge and a steering constantly there are uncontrollable changes of a camber and convergence of steered wheels leading to increase of resistance to the movement, wear of tires and fuel consumption. Authors developed and patented system of automatic regulation of a convergence of steered wheels of the vehicle in the course of the movement. As criterion of an assessment of correctness of a convergence of steered wheels of the vehicle equality of the lateral reactions of the same name of the road to steered wheels at an in-line motion on the horizontal road is accepted. The analysis of the parameters having impact on process of regulation of a convergence of steered wheels of the vehicle in the movement is carried out. The interrelation between parameters of the system which is carrying out such regulation and a condition of the vehicle is established. The offered system is mechanical system, therefore, possesses inertia. Therefore if there was a violation of a convergence of steered wheels of the vehicle and it is necessary to restore it by force of operation of the executive gear of system, this force needs to be terminated earlier, than steered wheels of the vehicle will reach the correct situation, and further wheels will reach their correct situation due to inertia of system. In the previous articles of a cycle four cases of the movement of the vehicle — uniform are considered, at dispersal, braking and coasting. In this article the case of dynamic overcoming by the vehicle of rises is considered. The received theoretical dependences allow to determine rational parameters of system of automatic regulation of a convergence of steered wheels of the vehicle in the movement which will allow to reduce wear of tires, resistance to the movement and fuel consumption.

Relevance of international cooperation development in the field of vocational training of experts of the top skills is defined. One of existing programs of the international integration of masters training educational processes is considered, the characteristic of higher education institutions-participants of this program is given, and nature of their cooperation is described. Results of the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign educational programs are presented; ways of cooperation and further cooperation of higher education partners institutions are planned.

Results of the analysis of the major climatic factors predetermining rates of self-restoration of vegetation after the completion of operation of temporary highways in the conditions of the Extreme Northeast of Russia are given. Possibilities of an objective assessment of the ecological damage put to the territory at a construction on it of temporary highways, at the expense of imitating modeling are presented.

The report provides reasonable criteria of fatigue resistance and sensitivity of the site placement of strain gage side reaction of the road as part of a system of continuous control of convergence of the steered wheels of the vehicle in motion; developed method for selecting the optimal design of sensor site, including the modeling and evaluation of the stress-strain state through the method of finite elements and the results of its application.

There is topical character of the problem of the development of the mathematical abilities of the students of technical specialties. The substantiation of the base determination of mathematical abilities, undertaken the basis, was the result of the analysis of experiments on the problem. The authors examined the content, purpose and tasks of the instruction of future engineer. Didactic requirements for the renovated content of the instruction of students are revealed, and concept and structure of the mathematical abilities of the students of technical specialties is, as a result, determined.
