Trubin N.A. BACKGROUND OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ROAD TRANSPORT ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT The article is devoted to the development of adaptive control road transport on the example of the city of Orenburg. The existing system of passenger transportation in the city of Orenburg is analyzed. A scheme of the framework for passenger counting is proposed.
