Kanyukov V.N., Trubina O.M., Podoprigora R.N. POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION FOR NURSES IN OPHTHALMOLOGY [№ 1 ' 2016] Orenburg branch in cooperation with the regional medical college holds postgraduate certification courses of improvement and specialization for nurses and nurses — optometrists. It includes specialization for nurses — 216 h., improvement — 144 h., retraining of nurses — optometrists — 540 h. Training is carried out at least 1 time in 5 years. 290 nurses have been trained over the past 5 years. The teachers are candidates of medical sciences. All lectures and seminars are held in the conference hall with modern projection equipment. Nurses get acquainted with modern equipment in diagnostic rooms and study new technologies of treatment of eye diseases in procedure and examination room. We use telecommunications technologies in the training of nurses. The control of knowledge is carried out by computer-based testing and examination. New informational technologies provide a continuous process of training for nurses in ophthalmology.
Kanyukov V.N., Stadnikov A.A., Trubina O.M., Yakhina O.M. EXPERIMENTAL MODELING OF TRAUMATIC CORNEAL INJURIES [№ 12 ' 2014] There was modeled erosion of the cornea by the method of S. Hanna, J.E. O'Brien, alkaline corneal burn by Obenberger method, acid burn of the cornea, by analogy with the alkali burn in the eyes of experimental animals (rabbits). The state of the animals was assessed clinically and morphologically in dynamics. The study has shown that these models reflect the essence of reparative processes and the data, obtained in the experiment, can be extrapolated to the clinic.
Mukhamadeev R.A., Trubina O.M., Petrosyan E.A. PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES OF THE SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF SENSITIVITY TO RED [№ 12 ' 2014] The peculiarities of perception of the stimulus of red in the visual field when using natural and artificially imposed (conservative and free) criteria decision chromaticity of the stimulus. We investigated the relationship of severity of cognitive style "field-dependence/field-independence" the size of the color visual field. It is shown that field-independence individuals differ wider color field of view with any criteria for the detection of the stimulus. For field-independence and field-dependence individuals characterized by the narrowing of the color visual field when using a conservative criterion and extension of the color visual field when using the free criterion. Field-independence individuals narrowing of the visual field on a conservative criterion exceeds the extension of the visual field when using the free criterion across all test meridians.
Trubin N.A. BACKGROUND OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ROAD TRANSPORT ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT [№ 10 ' 2014] The article is devoted to the development of adaptive control road transport on the example of the city of Orenburg. The existing system of passenger transportation in the city of Orenburg is analyzed. A scheme of the framework for passenger counting is proposed.
Kanyukov V.N., Kagan I.I., Trubina O.M., Myasnikova E.A. PECULIARITIES OF MORPHOLOGICAL STRUCTURE AND OPPORTUNITIES OF SURGICAL CORRECTION OF THE EYE FISSURE SHAPE AND PARAMETERS (LITERATURE VIEW) [№ 3 ' 2014] Canthus plastic is still understudied direction. Normal topography of the eye fissure with anatomical marking of the upper and lower eyelid is the basis for determination of eyelids pathology and points out the indicates the technique of surgical intervention. The proposed method of eye fissure size increasing — partial, measured constant canthotomy with local plasty — keeps uninjured conjunctive, providing optimum wound adaptation and reducing the risk of postoperative complications.
Stadnikov A.A., Kanyukov V.N., Trubina O.M., Yakhina O.M. APPLICATION OF BIOPLASTIC MATERIAL "HYAMATRIX" IN CHEMICAL CORNEAL INJURY [№ 4 ' 2013] The paper describes an experimental study of the cornea chemical damage (alkaline and acid) of 30 rabbits (60 eyes). In the experimental group (30 eyes) the treatment was carried out according to the method of prof. V.N. Kanyukov. In the control group (30 eyes) there were appointed instillations of keratoplastic drugs. Clinical and morphological data obtained in the experiment showed that the application helped to reduce edema, thereby reducing the risk of newly formed blood vessels, accelerated the leucoma formation at alkaline burn.
Trubina O.M., Podoprigora R.N., Kazennov A.N. WAY OF DONOR CORNEA FIXATION AT PRESERVATION [№ 4 ' 2013] There was developed and implemented a device for donor cornea fixing at preservation with the opportunity of cornea on the convex surface of the hemisphere, the upper part of which has a through hole for laying cornea on it. The obtained results of histological investigation of cornea preserved in vacuum at hypothermia indicate structural preservation of the material, and there are no signs of mechanical damage of preserved material.
Kanyukov V.N., Stadnikov A.A., Trubina O.M., Yakhina O.M. PECULIARITIES OF CORNEA REGENERATION AT APPLICATION OF BIOPLASTIC MATERIAL ON THE BASE OF HYALURONIC ACID [№ 12 ' 2012] There were simulated chemical (alkalotic and acid) cornea burns in experiment. Comparative analysis of this pathology treatment with "hyamatrix" application and conservative treatment with keratoplastic means was carried out. We noticed peculiarities of cornea reparative regeneration at new method of treatment application.
Kanyukov V.N., Stadnikov А.А., Тrubina О.М., Yakhina O.M. STATE OF REHABILITATION PROBLEM OF PATIENTS WITH CORNEAL PATHOLOGY (REVIEW) [№ 1 ' 2012] The authors presented condition of the problem of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with diseases of the cornea, described the new direction in treating this disease based on stimulation of the regenerative abilities of the structures of the cornea.

V. N. Kanyukov, O. M. Trubina, D. P. Sergienko MANUFACTURING OF TEFLON SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS [№ 3 ' 2001] Medical instruments adaptation to new microsurgical operations technologies is viewed upon in this article. Teflon, being physiologically neutral and obtaining peculiar properties absolutely suits for manufacturing of surgical instruments. The article gives the description of three Teflon instruments used during operations performed on various eye pathology. The application of these instruments optimises the operation procedure and eliminates tissue traumas as well as promotes the final result of treatment.
