Malyutin M.A. SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AS A SIGN OF EXPERTISEStudied the meaning and definition of the legal regulation of "special knowledge" as in the material and procedural legal relations, as well as scientific understanding of the term as a sign of expertise. Revealed the essential features of this sign, knowledges, that can be special, and also range of persons who may have such knowledge.
