SALUTOGENIC APPROACH TO PHYSICAL EDUCATION AS A PROMISING MODEL OF STUDENTS’ MOTOR ACTIVITY AND THEIR HEALTH [№ 1 ' 2022]
The outbreak of coronavirus disease in 2019 and quarantine restrictions associated with it, as studies have shown, affect physical activity and have an infernal effect on health, which has recently been the most discussed topic in the world.
Physical activity of young people is a key aspect of the health outcome, encouraging the development of a holistic learning process throughout life, which is acquired and applied within the framework of physical education.
In this context, universities represent an effective platform for health promotion through compulsory physical education classes and extracurricular sports events. In particular, the subject of physical education offers high potential in this regard.
The health perspective during a pandemic offers excellent starting points for a salutogenic approach to physical education. This approach is aimed at strengthening the sense of consistency with its central factors: clarity, manageability and meaningfulness. A sense of coherence is formed through life experience and, when faced with physical or psychosocial stressors, mobilizes generalized resistance resources, which leads to positive strategies for overcoming difficulties and promotes wellbeing and health. A high sense of coherence mobilizes common resistance resources.
The presented salutogenic model of health for physical education can serve as one of the elements of the general concept of higher education for health promotion.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PEDAGOGICAL MODEL OF CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS FORMATION IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROCESS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS [№ 4 ' 2021]
The effectiveness of the formation of civic consciousness as a personal quality among students in higher education is due to various factors and circumstances. The formation of citizenship among students in the educational environment depends on the content and orientation of the entire educational process in all areas of training in general, and on the content of the process of physical education in particular.
We have conducted a theoretical study of psychological and pedagogical approaches to the formation of civic consciousness based on the theory of personality and activity, general scientific principles of the implementation of personality-activity, system-synergetic and value-oriented approaches. We saw the insufficiency in the content of pedagogical approaches and methods, and conditions for the formation of civic consciousness.
For the formation of civic consciousness among students at the university in the process of physical education, we have developed a set of pedagogical conditions necessary and sufficient for the implementation of the methodology for the formation of civic consciousness. The methodological aspect included the theoretical foundations of the formation of civic consciousness. This is the study of special literature, lectures, conversations, debates and discussions and practical exercises. Special attention was paid during the implementation of our program to practice-oriented classes, where an individual approach was applied and independent activity of students was stimulated.
We conducted an experiment in which two groups of 20 third-year ISGIM students took part. As a result of the experimental work, we determined the levels and criteria for the formation of civic consciousness among students in the experimental and control groups, which allowed us to conclude about the effectiveness of the methodology that was applied in the educational practice of the discipline “Physical Culture”.

HIGH-SPEED ABILITIES FORMATION OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS BY MEANS OF LIGHT ATHLETICS [№ 6 ' 2018]
The effectiveness of the training process and performance in terms of competitive activity of football players is due to many factors, including general physical, tactical, technical and psychological training. As you know, a high level of physical abilities in general and speed abilities in particular, limits the quality level of tactical and technical preparedness of football players.
In the study we used the following methods: theoretical analysis, pedagogical observation, timekeeping, differentiation of speed characteristics, pedagogical control tests, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. For the formation of speed abilities of football players, we have proposed a technique that consists in the targeted use of the means and methods of athletics. The focus was on exercises with varying speeds in given conditions, alternating movements with different intensity. All the exercises were performed with high intensity and mental intensity, while the rest intervals were such that it was possible to perform the next exercise with a speed no less high than the previous one.
As a result of the experimental work, we found that increasing the intensity of movement training of football players through the use of more sprint exercises to bring speed performance in running to the maximum possible values for each player, significantly influenced the increase in their speed abilities. This contributed to a more rapid implementation of various technical and tactical indicators, which gave additional time to effectively solve important motor tasks in football. The high performance of the competitive activities of the university football team confirms the effectiveness of the method developed by us.

IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE METHODOLOGY FOR PHYSICAL AND MILITARY-PATRIOTIC TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN A UNIVERSITY [№ 7 ' 2017]
The modern pace of life in society puts forward high demands on the physical, moral — strong-willed, military-patriotic qualities of the person. The use of means of physical culture with elements of military-patriotic self-education in the daily life of students and, naturally, in the process of physical education form in young people a physically active and moral-willed way of life. Preparing students for the implementation of the standards of the “Ready for Work and Defense” (TRP) complex is a powerful incentive to improve the level of physical and military-patriotic training of students in the university. Implementation of TRP standards mandatory program for all universities of the Russian Federation. The complex political situation in the world at the present stage exacerbates the manifestations of high self-awareness and patriotism. In this situation, great importance is given to physical and military-patriotic training, the upbringing of moral and strong-willed qualities among young people. The content of the methodology developed by us includes special sets of tasks in the areas of preparation of the TRP; tasks for self-preparation; military-patriotic education in physical culture classes; systematic work on the harmonious implementation of complex physical, civic, military-patriotic and moral-volitional education as a unified educational process in the field of physical and sports activities. Successful implementation of the TRP complex is the result of the preparation of students in accordance with the developed integrated methodology. As a result of experimental work, we found that the physical training of students in the experimental group is twice as high as in the study group, a poor assessment of physical fitness in group 2 is absent. The response of the heart rate to the load in the experimental group is better by eighteen percent. The level of moral-volitional and military-patriotic training is 95 points higher in the experimental group.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE PREVENTION OF EYE DISEASES STUDENTS IN HIGH SCHOOL [№ 7 ' 2016]
Education students at the university is characterized by systematic and intense mental stress under conditions of significant limitations of physical activity. During mental work a rapid fatigue of the body, reduces the overall efficiency, increased emotional stress, and if you do not apply the preventive measures on the use of physical culture, it is in consequence, it can lead to serious breaches of the students' health. According to the results of systematic medical examinations in the student polyclinic 25 % of students have a fairly serious vision problems. This is due to heavy load on the body of while studying and preparing homework with lots of time spent by students at the computer. Fitness training for the eyes is a preventive, efficient and affordable means of physical training for the conservation and improvement of the organ of vision and an effective means of removing the emotional stress of the students in the learning process. In order to prevent diseases of the body and remove emotional tension in the learning process we have implemented in the classroom for physical education complex of exercises for the eyes, which during the regular performance of his gave a good result. The study shows that the introduction of the process of physical training of additional means of physical training in order to prevent diseases of the organ of vision in the form of various complexes of exercises for the eyes affect positively retain and strengthen the vision of students, enhance their functionality, reduce the degree of emotional stress.

PHYSICAL AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN HIGH SCHOOL AEROBICS MEANS [№ 2 ' 2016]
Education students at the university, as an intellectual activity, characterized by a limitation of physical activity, it has a negative impact on the physical and functional training of students. Physical education students in high school has some flaws and contradictions between the level of social performance requirements of physical education, on the one hand, and the means, methods and forms, which are used in high school — on the other. Different systems of exercise, for all their merits, have one common flaw: a narrow focus on the functional systems of the body. Aerobics, as a system of physical exercises affect the harmonious development of all body functions. Aerobics is an effective and affordable means of physical and functional training of students in high school. During aerobic exercise improves functional performance and physical fitness. Through the test Kersh and simultaneous samples in the training group-ne and a group of sports perfection, it was found that in the group of sports perfection the heart rate response to a load better than the study group, in the group of sports perfection absent stu-dentki with "very bad" reaction CCC to the load. As a result of anthropometric measurements showed that in the group sports Sauveur-provement body weight and hip circumference decreased involved during the trial period as compared to the study group. Decrease the amount of shin-shenie was due to the exercises included in the aerobic part of the class, reduction in waist circumference was due to purposeful-directional impact on the waist muscles, obliques. The results of the experimental work suggests that the introduction of physical education in the process of additional means of physical training in various forms of aerobics significantly increase the level of physical preparation of students and their functionality and improve anthropometric indicators.
