MODERN INTRUMENTAL RESEARCH METHODS OF SOIL GRANULOMETRIC COMPOSITION, RHEOLOGICAL CHRACTERICTICS AND PROPERTIES OF SOIL OF SOLID PHASE SURFACE STUDIES [№ 6 ' 2015]
In soil science new tool measurements of distribution of particles by the sizes (laser diffraction), a contact corner of wetting, rheological characteristics, etc. get a wide circulation. Are considered given the corresponding parameters of the soil received by means of the modern equipment, results of researches are compared to data, obtained by means of classical methods. New tools and methods demand methodical works on delimitation of their applicability, optimum ranges, conditions of measurement and comparison with traditional methods of the soil. New devices the measuring particle size distribution (a laser difraktometriya), a contact corner of wetting, rheological characteristics, etc. with use of other methodical approaches find a wide circulation in soil science. Data on the corresponding soil parameters received on the new equipment, their comparison with the received classical methods are considered. New devices and methods demand big methodical work on establishment and identification of limits of their applicability, optimum ranges, conditions of measurements and their comparison with traditional soil methods.

INTRAVITREAL IMPLANT FOR DRUG DELIVERY TO THE POSTERIOR SEGMENT STRUCTURES OF THE EYE [№ 12 ' 2014]
Development and experimental substantiation of the method of drug delivery to the structures of the posterior segment using biodegradable intravitreal implant are considered. The peculiarity of the implant is the possibility of alternation of saturated and unsaturated medicinal substance layers. During studying of process of degradation of unsaturated implant was found that the degradation of the polymer backbone of the implant was by hydrolysis. The proposed implant provides periodic selection of the active substance that prevents the excess of the therapeutic drug concentrations in the environment due to the design of the implant.

PECULIARITIES OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LOCAL TRACTION RETINAL DETACHMENT FOR RETINOPATHY OF PREMATURITY [№ 12 ' 2014]
The article is aimed to design vitrectomy technique under air for retinopathy of prematurity progressing after the laser treatment with local traction retinal detachment. 30 patients (42 eyes) 7–11 weeks aging, who had the progression of the disease 2–3 weeks after laser treatment for stage III retinopathy of prematurity and aggressive posterior retinopathy of prematurity, underwent early vitrectomy under air. The advantages of vitrectomy under air are the improved visualization and stabilization of the retina surface, that contributes to the most favorable anatomic results.

TREATMENT RESULTS OF PREMATURITY RETINOPATHY [№ 4 ' 2013]
On the development refraction prematurity children with ROP influence the anatomical features of their eyes — spherophakia, a combination of short anterior-posterior axis eye with a high refractive power of the cornea. The formation of myopic refraction is often connected with a large area of coagulation. Also, quite often, low visual functions to develop due to concomitant pathology of the Central nervous system — the defeat of the visual centers, pathways and atrophy of optic nerve.
