SALUTOGENIC APPROACH TO PHYSICAL EDUCATION AS A PROMISING MODEL OF STUDENTS’ MOTOR ACTIVITY AND THEIR HEALTH [№ 1 ' 2022]
The outbreak of coronavirus disease in 2019 and quarantine restrictions associated with it, as studies have shown, affect physical activity and have an infernal effect on health, which has recently been the most discussed topic in the world.
Physical activity of young people is a key aspect of the health outcome, encouraging the development of a holistic learning process throughout life, which is acquired and applied within the framework of physical education.
In this context, universities represent an effective platform for health promotion through compulsory physical education classes and extracurricular sports events. In particular, the subject of physical education offers high potential in this regard.
The health perspective during a pandemic offers excellent starting points for a salutogenic approach to physical education. This approach is aimed at strengthening the sense of consistency with its central factors: clarity, manageability and meaningfulness. A sense of coherence is formed through life experience and, when faced with physical or psychosocial stressors, mobilizes generalized resistance resources, which leads to positive strategies for overcoming difficulties and promotes wellbeing and health. A high sense of coherence mobilizes common resistance resources.
The presented salutogenic model of health for physical education can serve as one of the elements of the general concept of higher education for health promotion.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PEDAGOGICAL MODEL OF CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS FORMATION IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROCESS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS [№ 4 ' 2021]
The effectiveness of the formation of civic consciousness as a personal quality among students in higher education is due to various factors and circumstances. The formation of citizenship among students in the educational environment depends on the content and orientation of the entire educational process in all areas of training in general, and on the content of the process of physical education in particular.
We have conducted a theoretical study of psychological and pedagogical approaches to the formation of civic consciousness based on the theory of personality and activity, general scientific principles of the implementation of personality-activity, system-synergetic and value-oriented approaches. We saw the insufficiency in the content of pedagogical approaches and methods, and conditions for the formation of civic consciousness.
For the formation of civic consciousness among students at the university in the process of physical education, we have developed a set of pedagogical conditions necessary and sufficient for the implementation of the methodology for the formation of civic consciousness. The methodological aspect included the theoretical foundations of the formation of civic consciousness. This is the study of special literature, lectures, conversations, debates and discussions and practical exercises. Special attention was paid during the implementation of our program to practice-oriented classes, where an individual approach was applied and independent activity of students was stimulated.
We conducted an experiment in which two groups of 20 third-year ISGIM students took part. As a result of the experimental work, we determined the levels and criteria for the formation of civic consciousness among students in the experimental and control groups, which allowed us to conclude about the effectiveness of the methodology that was applied in the educational practice of the discipline “Physical Culture”.

The relevance of the article is determined by the need to switch to distance education, the development of the course and the use of Internet platforms by the teacher in teaching students at Orenburg State University. Therefore, the improvement of the distance learning process, the creation of an updated course, as well as the planned, deliberate use of online technologies stimulate and facilitate the interaction of the teacher and students. The implementation of this technology makes it possible to effectively solve educational and educational tasks that contribute to increasing interest in instilling skills in self-organization, self-control, self-esteem, activity analysis, developing self-consciousness, self-perception of their own achievements and understanding their dynamics; adapting the content of educational materials to the needs of students; determining the current level of individual results of students; analysis of educational process dynamics, change of its qualitative level.

The modern level of development of volleyball demands high-quality approach to physical fitness of the player. The efficiency of educational and training process and effectiveness of game activity of the volleyball player depends on his overall, technical and tactical and psychological physical conditioning. There is no effective technique considering specific features of players when training college teams now.

The lack of such conditions in most student volleyball teams significantly reduces the game result as a whole. In search of a way out of the current problem, we have developed a method of education of physical capable taking into account the peculiarities of game actions of volleyball players. On the basis of the individual approach, and taking into account the training conditions of the male team of OGU, a program of general and special physical training was drawn up for each volleyball player, depending on his playing function on the site. At the final stage of our experiment, the player 's physical and special-physical preparedness rates increased markedly. The level of endurance of anaerobic character, jump endurance, high-speed endurance of attacking players, “libero,” defenders increased by 30%. The level of speed and speed-force abilities of volleyball players with different game role increased from 25–37 %.
The obtained data of the study showed that the use of the technique developed by us of physical preparation of volleyball player significantly improved physical preparation of each player with different roles, and performance of the team as a whole.
