Bolodurina I.P., Skalny A.V., Tsyganova I.A. INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR PRE-DIAGNOSIS LEVELS OF TRACE ELEMENTS IN THE HUMAN BODY [№ 10 ' 2016] Creation of information Intellectual preliminary diagnosis system is an important tool for monitoring the health of people. Within the developed intellectual system is considered a preliminary prediction of the level of micronutrient intake without analysis. As a result of the experimental treatment of medical data of trace-element composition analysis, a system of production rules underlying the adoption of the diagnostic decisions on the level of trace elements in the human body on the basis of the intellectual pre-diagnostic system.

EXAMINE THE RELATIONSHIP OF ZINC BIOACCUMULATION IN FOOD AND HUMAN ORGANISM IN THE ORENBURG REGION [№ 10 ' 2016] The influence of essential elements of the human body and animals is by far one of the most pressing issues bioelementologii. Of particular interest are the vital chemical elements from the group of heavy metals involved in metabolic processes. Excessive intake of data elements entails the development of a variety of pathological conditions, in connection with which there is a necessity of monitoring the content of the data elements at different levels of the food chain, particularly in the geochemical provinces with high levels of these elements. In connection with this great interest is the study of the relationship of zinc bioaccumulation in food and the human body. The article presents data monitoring research content of zinc ions in foods and biosubstrates population of the Orenburg region. Study of food, indicates that in areas of the West and Central Orenburg content of zinc ions below the permissible concentrations, while in the Eastern zone of the Orenburg content of the studied elements exceeds analog values of 2.2 and 1.9 times, in Central and West zone, respectively. The study of biological substrates (hair) produced by the population of the Orenburg region are above the acceptable level of zinc ions in the hair of women living in the eastern region by 10%, which is confirmed by correlation and regression analysis, testifying to the direct correlation content of the metal in food and the human body.
Salnikova E.V., Osipova, E.A., Skalny A.V.,Burceva T.I., Boldyreva O.I. EFFECTS OF EXPOSURE TO TRACE ELEMENTS OF BIOSPHERE ELEMENT STATUS OF HUMANABSTRACT [№ 10 ' 2013] The article presents data on the content of lead, cadmium, copper and zinc in soils and biosubstrates (hair) of the population, as well as in food in some areas of the Orenburg region.
Badretdinova L.M., Skalnyi A.V. СHARACTERISTIC OF MACRO- AND MICROELEMENTS OF OSTEOARTHRITIS PATIENTS WHILE ON SANATORIUM-AND-SPA TREATMENT [№ 6 ' 2010] The authors carry out macro- and microelements tests on contents of large intestine of osteoarthritis patients by means of atomic emission and mass spectrometry with inductively coupled argon plasm. Analysis of the results showed that at the moment of coming to sanatorium "Yangan-Tau" all osteoarthritis patients had the whole spectrum of studied macro- and microelements inside large intestine. Large intestine of osteoarthritis patients with different level of disease contains the quantity of boron, magnesium, selenium and zinc that allows to satisfy daily demand in this elements during 3-50 days; cobalt, copper, manganese and silicon — during 25-193 days.
Miroshnikov S.A., Burtseva T.I., Golubkina N.A., Notova S.V., Skalniy А.V., Burlutskaya О.I. HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF SELENIUM STATUS OF THE ORENBURG REGION [№ 12 ' 2008] The work provides an assessment of the selenium status of the Orenburg Region population. The mean selenium concentration in hairs of the Orenburg residents ranged 0.153 to 0.405 mg/kg. Monitoring of selenium concentrations in food products is therefore very important for characteristics of the selenium geographical distribution. The report provides data on selenium concentrations in curd and whole milk produced in 25 districts of Orenburg Oblast. The microelement concentrations in curd ranged 102 to 341 mkg/kg, whole milk – 23 to 48 mkg /l. The mean selenium concentration in dairy products was 140 mkg/kg (curd) and 30 mkg /l (whole milk) accordingly. Heterogeneous distribution of selenium in the Orenburg Oblast dairy products has been recorded with the maximum values for the Northwestern Part – 149 mkg/kg for curd and 29 mkg /l for milk.
Vyatchanina E.S., Skalny A.V. PROTECTANT ACTION OF ZINC SULFATE AT INTRAUTERINE ALCOHOL INFLUENCE [№ 12 ' 2007] The experiments results of toms of nonpedigreed rats, which were subjected to alcoholization of 15% ethanol solution during 100 days or without of zinc sulfate (groups A or A+Zn) addition in ration are shown in this article. It is received that zinc influences on metabolism of Mg, K, Na, Fe and Zn in cerebral cortex of rats, on metabolism of Mn, and also on increase of Zn, Cu, Mg, K and Na content in hippocampus, on metabolism of Mn and on increase of K, Na and Fe content in rats’ cerebellum. Conclusion that ZnSO4 realizes protectant function of brain of alcoholized rats is made in this article.

Notova S.V., Skalny A.V., Skalny V.V. THE USE OF METHOD OF CONTROL AND CORRECTION OF NUTRITION FOR PREVENTION OF BIOELEMENTS. [№ 5 ' 2004] Different methods of value of inflow of nutrients in organism are described in the article. The results of use of the given methods and value of adequacy of inflow of essential macro- and microelements and vitamins with water - food ration are given. The comparison of multiple - unit analysis of hair with analysis of standard nutrition in home conditions of invalids - liquidators of crash in Chernobyl nuclear-Electro station is conducted and optimal dietary habits, fortified by missing micronutrient is composed and usage of vitamin - mineral preparations is recommended. The results of control of alimentary inflow of micronutrient by separate nutrition are represented.
Skalnyj A.V., Rudakov J.A., Notova S.V. BIOELEMENT MEDICINE: QUESTIONS OF THE TERMINOLOGY [№ 7 ' 2003] The conceptual device and terminological base of the scientific - applied direction are considered studying the contents and the interaction of chemical elements an organism. The system of terms for a designation of various characteristics of an element exchange in conditions of norm and a pathology is offered.
