Sazonova T.V. ADVANCED PRACTICES IN THE INTERACTION OF A REGIONAL UNIVERSITY AND A TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATOR ENTERPRISE [№ 1 ' 2023] In the current socio-economic situation, the organization of advanced practical training of students is required, which ensures the formation of import substitution competencies and intensive technological development of the region. Opportunities for the development of new and promising production technologies can be created through the interaction of a regional university and innovation-oriented enterprises. To date, resources, organizational and pedagogical conditions and experience of multifunctional cooperation of a regional university with innovation-oriented enterprises for the purpose of advanced practice have not been sufficiently disclosed. There are well-known studies of a cluster of enterprises — technological innovators who need continuous improvement of personnel and are interested in partnership with vocational education. In turn, the regional university needs production resources to organize advanced professional training. The methodology of the integrative approach determines the logic and principle of the joint activities of the stakeholders of advanced training. Interested partners create joint structural units that unite on the basis of the university the production resources of the innovator enterprise, the development and transfer of technologies and scientific results of partners, the competence of the teaching staff of the university and the needs of advanced training of regional customers-employers. The activities of the Advanced Professional Training Center established in the Kumertu branch of the OSU revealed characteristic variants of such structural units: the TechnoNIKOL resource center and the KNAUF consulting center. Network interaction of stakeholders is implemented within the framework of contractual “co-resource” relations in the following areas: methodological, resource, reputational, career guidance, educational, consulting, expert, personnel, marketing, commercial, research, scientific, industrial, entrepreneurial, recruiting. Tripartite agreements “university-student-enterprise” are concluded, guaranteeing employment according to the acquired promising competencies. The leading nature of the practices is determined by taking into account the forecast of the development of the socio-economic, personnel, educational situation in the presentation of the products and services of the innovator to regional customers-employers, as well as the ecosystem development of the regional university with the optimal use of partners’ resources.

THE EXPERIENCE OF THE UNIVERSITY BRANCH DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF TRANSFORMATION OF MODERN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION [№ 4 ' 2022] The current state of vocational education is determined by the phenomenon of its transformation. The analysis of scientific and pedagogical research in recent years has revealed the main reasons for the transformation of education: the transition to a new technological order, the phenomenon of the knowledge economy, increased requirements for young professionals. The peculiarity of educational transformation is the transition to an ecosystem model that reflects the main directions of transformation: a combination of paradigm shifts in education, digitalization, and personalization of education. The ecosystem of a large Russian university currently, as a rule, includes network structures — branches. The development of branches plays an important role both for the basic university and for its location. In the conditions of transformation, it is necessary to ensure the sustainability of the development of branches of domestic universities. Based on the concept of “projection”, it is possible to present the results of the influence of general (large-scale) processes on private (local) processes of ecosystem transformation of education. Thus, the development of the branch is represented in the coordinates of the ecosystem of the parent university. The development experience of the Kumertau branch of Orenburg State University determines the main positions of its roadmap. The implementation of the roadmap is unfolding within the framework of the basic university program, provides for infrastructural transformations, effective forms of building up scientific, human and research potential. Priority activities are improving the quality of education, attracting young people to the region, interacting with new residents in the “branch-enterprise-city administration” system, providing continuing education “school-SPO-university-enterprise”. The branch is creating its own student work teams, training in working professions is underway, which attracts both employers and the youth of the region. Analysis of the effective experience of the development of the Kumertau branch in the context of transformations of modern education, which can be scaled in the future in regional educational ecosystems.

PRINCIPLES FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION: CONTENT ANALYSIS AND REGIONAL EXPERIENCE [№ 3 ' 2022] Analysis of the principles of transformation of higher education has become relevant in connection with global changes in the socio-cultural, geopolitical and economic situations. At the state level, a set of key principles of the new national system of higher education is presented. The complex includes the principles of ensuring technological sovereignty, openness, fundamentality, practicality and flexibility. To date, interpretations of synonymous / analogous principles of education have been established, a resource of knowledge and ideas of their effectiveness has been accumulated. In a number of cases, they were considered as informal criteria for the quality of higher education, implicitly manifested in the rationale for programs and training plans, in educational projects as “options” for the successful achievements of the national higher education. A comparative analysis of the current interpretations of the key principles determined their differences from the previously known ones not so much in their meaningful interpretation, but in the level of demand and the nature of the generating factors — socio-economic, geopolitical, cultural-historical, production-but-technological. The key principles for the transformation of higher education represent a concentrate of the country’s challenges and requests for domestic higher education. The research methods were analysis of normative documents, comparative and critical analysis of scientific publications, synthesis of scientific opinions and professional education experience, formulation and proof of scientific hypotheses. As materials for the study, normative and legislative documents of the Russian Federation, publications of leading scientists in the field of educational policy, and experience in educational activities were used. The attention of the scientific and pedagogical community is drawn to some mechanisms for their implementation in domestic regional universities and their branches. The experience of the development of the Orenburg State University and the Kumertau branch is shown in terms of the implementation of key principles. Transformation of education is impossible without programmatic state support, without relying on the resources of stakeholders, actively attracting opportunities and funds from grants and the program of the Federal level.

The structural scheme of the multidimensional accurate logic regulator based on performance algorithm is developed.

SLAG STONES PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT OF AUTOCLAVED SOLIDIFICATION FROM ASH-AND-SLAG WASTE OF THERMOELECTRIC POWER STATION BASED ON CLEAR LOGIC CONTROLLERS [№ 4 ' 2011] The author of this work suggests the system of temperature and pressure regulation at the technological process of autoclaved solidification of gas-ash-silicate slag stones on the basis of the PID-controllers in which a discrete change of the transmission coefficients of proportional, integral and differential components is produces by a clear logical controller, having compared with the typical fuzzy controllers more speed and less accuracy.
