Sablina O.A., Doezzhak A.V. INFLUENCE OF PHYTOGENIC FIELDS OF TREE SPECIES ON THE PROPERTIES OF SOUTH CHERNOZEMS IN THE PARK AREA OF ORSK [№ 8 ' 2017] The data on the influence of phytopogenic fields of Аcer negundo and Populus nigra on the properties of southern chernozem in the Park Stroitelei in Orsk are given. Samples of soil were selected from a depth of 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm in the middle of the projection of the crowns of the trees and beyond the projection of the crown evenly along the entire perimeter. Such properties of chernozems as humus content, catalase activity, pH of water extract are investigated. The content of organic matter in the soils was determined by the method of wet ashing according to I.V. Tyurin and in modification B.A. Nikitin. The catalase activity was determined by the gasometric method. The pH of the water extract was determined in accordance with GOST 26423-85. The reliability of the differences was established by the t-test for p = 0.05. It was revealed that under the crown of the Populus nigra the humus content significantly increases in the 0-10 cm layer. The humus content in the phytogenic field of the maple tree was not significantly altered. The catalase activity in the soil layer 0-10 cm in the phytogenic field of the studied tree species is significantly higher than outside. The pH of the water extract of the soils is the most stable index. In the phytogenic field of trees the pH varies little in comparison with the space behind the projection of the crown. The studied soils can be classified as slightly alkaline in pH, which is quite typical for this subtype of chernozems. Thus, the most sensitive indicator, indicating a change in environmental conditions in the subcircular zone of Аcer negundo and Populus nigra, was catalase activity.

METHOD OF ESTIMATION OF LOCAL NON-SPECIFIC IMMUNE STATUS OF THE MOUTH PERSON ON ANALYSIS OF RHODANIDE IN SALIVA [№ 1 ' 2015] In article the problem of an assessment of local nonspecific immunity of a mouth of the person is considered. The developed method of quantitative content analysis of rhodanide in saliva, which is a marker of the state of the local non-specific immune status of the mouth person. The decrease of local immune protective reactions of the organism on the content of rodanidov in saliva among smokers students and signs of SARS. The results obtained can be used in screening evaluation studies of local immune defence of the mouth of man.
Sablina O.A. AGROGENE TRANSFORMATION OF HUMUS STATUS IN SOUTHERN CHERNOZEM OF THE STEPPE TRANSURAL REGION [№ 1 ' 2015] The ecological status of southern chernozems in different agricultural areas of the Orenburg steppe Transural region is investigated. It was established that the greatest loss of organic matter observed in fallow and arable soils. In grasslands soils reduction of humus content and reserves is insignificantly. The main reason of dehumification of agricultural soils can be considered reduce of underground phytomass reserves. Reliable indicator of the degree of agrogenic transformation humus condition in chernozem of Orenburg Transural region is the intensity of carbon dioxide production.

Sablina O.A. FRACTIONAL-GROUP COMPOSITION HUMUS STEPPE SOILS SOUTHERN TRANS-URALS [№ 12 ' 2011] The fractionally-group composition of a humus of chernozem ordinary, chernozem southern and dark-chestnut soil in natural and agricultural ecosystems of the Orenburg Zauralye is considered. It is established that in a zonal-geographic number of steppe soils and in the series of "virgin soil-arable land" the increase in the degree fulvate and decrease in the maintenance of humic acids is observed.

ORIENTATION OF STUDENTS-JOURNALISTS FOR VALUES OF PROFESSIONAL CULTURE [№ 2 ' 2011] In the article the features of the orientation process on the values of professional culture of future journalists was discussed. The result of this process is the axiological potential's development of the student's personality and updating its subjective position. In the article the application of training technologies in journalism education was justified.
Sablina О.А. ECOLOGICAL FACTORS OF HUMIFICATION OF STEPPE SOIL OF ORENBURG TRANS-URAL AREA [№ 6 ' 2010] The article examines ecological factors of humification of virgin and arable soil of steppe Trans-Ural area within the limits of Orenburg region: climate, hydrothermic conditions, composition and sources of receipt of organic matter, soil biological activity; besides, water-physical and structural-aggregative properties of soil are examined. It is determined that agrogenic transformation of humification process erases zone-genetic features of agricultural landscapes soil.
