FEATURES OF THE ELEMENTAL COMPOSITION OF THE LIVER OF PREGNANT FEMALE RATS ON THE BACKGROUND OF DIFFERENT DIETARY FIBER [№ 4 ' 2016]
High consumption of food fibers can break mineral balance in an organism. The exception of a diet of food fibers promotes higher content in muscular tissue of copper, iron, iodine, manganese, silicon and arsenic. In this regard interest causes element structure of a liver against various level of consumption of food fibers during pregnancy. Researches of element structure of a liver of pregnant females of the rats who are on a diet with various level of consumption of food fibers before approach and during pregnancy (only 6 weeks) are conducted. The basis of power was a semisynthetic casein diet that ensures adequate intake of protein, fat and carbohydrates, dietary fiber (2 g microcellulose), vitamins and salts. Deficiency of dietary fiber was modeled by excluding from the diet microcellulose, excess diet — by increasing the level of consumption microcellulose to 4 g/day. Comparing the elemental composition of the liver of female rats revealed that simulation deficiency of dietary fibers in the diet leads mainly to a decrease in the content of chemical elements except manganese. The most sensitive to the deficit dietary fibers appeared level of such elements as iodine, nickel, and silicon. Excessive intake of dietary fiber associated with a reduced content of chromium, iodine, nickel, arsenic, silicon, and toxic chemical elements such as mercury and tin, which is probably due to their absorption characteristics. Changes in dietary fiber intake had no effect on the level of most of the chemical elements deposited in the liver, such as iron, potassium, copper, zinc and selenium. These data support an important role in liver hemostasis these elements.

DNA-DAMAGING EFFECTS OF NANOPARTICLES NI° AND NIO FOR EXAMPLE A PLANT SPECIES TRITICUM VULGARE [№ 10 ' 2015]
The effects of spherical nanoparticles of nickel Ni˚ diameter of 70 ± 0,3 nm and nickel oxide NiO diameter of 94 ± 0,3 nm in three dilutions — 0.025, 0.05 and 0.1 M at the root of the 4-day seedlings of Triticum vulgare. After 48 hour incubation with nanoparticles plants recorded dose dependent increase in DNA fragmentation. Electrophoretic separation of DNA showed the change in mobility from the perspective of reducing the amount of content the least migratory agarose gel closest to the start of the fragments form I (1000 bp), constituting the largest amount in the control samples, and the transition of the bulk of the DNA fragments from -flowing nucleotides (form II — less than 1 000 bp). Thus, under the influence of NPs Ni° and NiO in concentrations 0.025–0.1 M there was an increase of less than 1 000 bp fragment (form II) to 53–59 % and 55–59,8 % with simultaneous reduction of form I at 16,6–20,9 % and 15,6–22 %, respectively, compared to the control. The calculated results for the coefficient electrophoretogram of DNA damage in the case of 0.025, 0.05 and 0.1 M nickel nanoparticles was 1.052 ± 0.009, 1.126 ± 0.043 and 1.2 ± 0.03, and nickel oxide nanoparticles — 0.982 ± 0.02, 1.053 ± 0.013 and 1.192 ± 0.21 (against the background of the control 0.398 ± 0.05), respectively. Linear DNA profile electrophoregrams testified that nanoparticles at low concentrations (0.025 and 0.05 M) cause system degradation to discrete DNA fragments from the nucleotide-flowing transition from the bulk of the DNA in the region of less than 1 000 bp and the concentration is 0.1 M appearance of apoptotic "steps" represented by a group of split peaks located descending area, in which a multiple number of DNA 180 bp.

METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE STUDY OF ARCHITECTURAL STYLES IN SECONDARY SCHOOL [№ 5 ' 2015]
Summary. In the federal state educational standard of general education it is noted that "the study of fine arts at school aims at inculcating an artistic way of understanding the world, giving a system of knowledge and values on the basis of their own artistic and creative activities and experiences of initiation of the outstanding phenomena of Russian and foreign art and culture". Architecture — the biggest of all kinds of plastic arts, we come into contact with its works more often than with any other. Architectural structures, creating a distinctive architectural environment, allow to explore the cultural and historical processes in the context of artistic perception of the world. Architecture surrounds us, it makes it possible to study the historical development of people, cities, to consider the changing worldview. In the school curricula introduction to architecture at fine arts lessons provides a variety of forms: the rules of linear perspective, drawing architectural objects from nature , drawing from memory and performance. The study of architecture implies the existence of a certain school of baggage of knowledge obtained in the course of other disciplines: history, literature, drawing. Offering for the perception a work of architecture, studying its artistic language with high school students can reveal a new connection with the integration of these academic subjects. This makes the prospect of adding the education system taking into account the cultural heritage of the native land, an integral part of the experience of the entire Russian people. The article analyzes the architectural styles of the city of Orenburg (classicism, Empire, Neo-Gothic, Art Nouveau, and others.), examines their specificity, characteristic of the local buildings and suggests guidelines for teaching architectural styles to pupils of 8 forms in secondary schools.

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT LEVELS OF NUTRITION ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERMEDIATE EXCHANGE [№ 6 ' 2014]
The paper presents data on the effect of phytase on the exchange of energy, nitrogen and productivity of broiler chickens at various NUTRIENT security. Found that in groups with fitazosoderzhaschim diet is a decrease of energy losses with the droppings on the background of increasing KPI OE and matching coefficient, which indicates the rational use of energy for the synthesis of tissues.

EFFECT OF PHYTASE ON ELEMENTAL STATUS OF THE BODY OF BROILER CHICKENS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS OF ENERGY IN THE DIET [№ 10 ' 2012]
The results of experimental studies that characterize the changes in the body of the element status of broiler chickens on the background of the enzyme preparation Ronozim NT (CT) in the diet with different levels of exchange energy. Found that when grown on low-energy diets of birds increases the bioavailability of I, Mn, Ni, Na, and with decreased bioavailability Cu, Fe, Ca, K, Zn. When adding phytase in a low-energy diet increased exchange of K, Na, P, Co, Zn, Se, V with a reduction in such As, Ni.
