Mishuchkov á.á. RETURN TO RELIGIOUS SOURCES IN CIVILIZATIONAL DISCOURSE SPACE [№ 11 ' 2015] According to the existentialist Karl Jaspers, spiritual civilization and rational unity of mankind took shape phenomenally in the era of "axial age" in the middle of the 1st millennium BC. Returning to the historical and sacred origins of civilized discourse, beginning with the "Axial Age", will allow humanity to reach a new level of universal communication, to satisfy his spiritual interests. Tendencies and features of modern communication society the postmodern (mythologized singularity, transparency, manipulativeness, tolerance, religious and moral pluralism) influence and even threaten the spiritual foundation of civilized discourse. Specificity of civilizational discourse is considered through the prism of the basic Karl Jaspers` ideas of the "axial age" philosophy: philosophical faith, universal communication, communicative barriers, traditionalism, a man`s freedom and historical identity, cultural identity. The founder of civilized approach in the humanities á.šToynbee reveals the role of spiritual values in overcoming barriers (Åurocentrism, neo-colonialism) in communication civilizations reveals the religious meaning of the concept of "challenge-response" in the future, the spiritual renaissance of humanity, related to the culture of "universal communication". For example, M.šWeber and P.šSorokin sociologists` works the influence of the religious factor on the civilizational identity is showed and also the role of the sacred meaning in the modern civilizational discourse. According to P.šSorokin, the secularization has led all mankind to spiritual crisis that is going through a transition from "sensual" to "ideational" phase of his civilizational development. In this situation, increasing the historical role of the Russian civilization, which carries a mission of spiritual service in a multipolar world, uniting all nations on the basis of humanistic civilization ethos of traditional values, is included in its core spiritual wealth of the world's religions. Support in the dialogue of civilizations in the humanistic discourse on the basis of the spiritual human values becomes a factor in the global international and cultural security.
Mishuchkov á.á. CIVILIZATIONAL PERSPECTIVE EURASIAN INTEGRATION [№ 9 ' 2015] The concept of "dialogue of civilizations" and "civilization identity" substantiates the need for the formation of the system of the multipolar world civilizations on the basis of the spirit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and civilizational partnership (BRICS). The two global development strategy of the international community are comparedš— peacekeeping and conflictological. The BRICS and SCO summit in Ufa inš2015 became an important confirmation of the desire of big non-Western civilizations to the just multipolar world. Perspectives of the integration within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) have the civilizational dimension and are subject to the external (NATO, Islamic radicalism, international terrorism) and internal (separatism and nationalism) challenges and threats. The maintaining and the expanding of the common civilizational identity of the peoples within the countries of Eurasia with the support on the spiritual and moral guidelines will be one of the means to overcome future threats and to achieve the objects of the national and spiritual security of this countries. The formation of the common Eurasian ideology of the EAEU countries on the basis of the spiritual unity of the peoples of Eurasia is becoming a civilizational perspective of the Eurasian integration. Russia carries the cultural mission of the modernization of the Eurasian space historically and can't to overcome the external challenges of its geopolitical development without the mission of the leader of the Eurasian civilization. The Eurasian countries can become an economic and cultural semiperiphery in the world community outside the civilizational partnership. For the realization of this object it's necessary to take the ideology of the "civilizational identity", the civilizational ideology as the general civil project of the development of the Eurasian integration on the state level in RF and Eurasian countries. This supposes in the future the fixation of the regulations about the principles of the state ideology of the Eurasian civilization, the acknowledgement of the importance of the conservation of civilizational identity of citizens of the peoples of Eurasia in the constitutions of the EAEU countries.

MUSLIM STRATEGY PROJECT DIALOGUE OF CIVILIZATIONS [№ 8 ' 2015] The international organization "Alliance of Civilizations" has played an important role in the development of partnerships in the relations between civilizations of East and West. The discussion was developed Muslim strategy of dialogue with the international community, which is highly significant in a situation of collision trends of globalization and traditionalism in the modern world. For example, the program documents of international organizationsš— the "Alliance of Civilizations", the League of Arab States, the Organization of the Islamic Conference Cooperation systematized philosophical and political preconditions for the emergence of Islamic principles and the project of the "dialogue of civilizations" as a new regulatory approach to international fair multipolar world order. The main principles of dialogue are: the peaceful and stable development of civilizations on the basis of cooperation and mutual enrichment, c. mplementarity and civilizational experience of East and West, the inclusion of traditional values in the system of international law, the institutionalization of a dialogue of civilizations in global civil society, strengthening the system of international and national security. The strategy of the Muslim of the "dialogue of civilizations" aimed at the growth of civilizational identity, unity and identity of Muslims all over the world in connection with the challenges of globalization and Westernization; strengthening the peace movement in the fight against extremism, terrorism and the outbreak of war; overcoming Islamophobia in the cultural dialogue and the media; humanization of the image of the Muslim world in the eyes of the world community; Muslims gain an effective role in international politics. A key issue in the dialogue of civilizations is an understanding between the civilizational project of globalism and traditionalism, c. vilizations consensus between the values of inclusive liberal societies of the West and the values of the exclusive non-liberal societies of the East, the implementation of the rights and freedoms of international law in the traditional system of society, while maintaining the sacred core values, developed the world's religions.
Mishuchkov A.A. M.R.šDEMETRADZE AND T.šZVART'S APPROACHES IN THE RELATION TO TRADITIONAL VALUES IN DIALOGUE OF CIVILIZATIONS [№ 7 ' 2015] Actual tool approaches of M.R.šDemetradzei T. Zvartak are presented to a problem of interaction of traditional and liberal values as methodological tools of the civilization discourse removing a conflictogenity of these values at the level of a political discourse. Applicability of the presented concepts in the international practice will allow to optimize dialogue on a problem of a ratio of universality and uniqueness of traditional values and human rights, to come to civilization consensus of the western and not western alliances of civilizations. The appeal to an assessment of crisis of traditional culture at K.šKlakhon and M.šMid from positions of ethnopsychological school of anthropology and the concept of cultural patterns is important. Concepts of "the central zone of sociocultural values" of M.R.šDemetradze and receptor approach to traditional values of T.šZvart are important in understanding of the mechanism of influence of the discourses of globalization destroying structures of traditional cultures. Installation on refusal of negative konnotat locates in liberal and aliberalny reading of scientific termsš— tradition, values, a civilization discourse that increases potential and prospects of civilization dialogue in the world. The carried-out modernization of the Russian society will be much more successful if in ideology of society the civilization potential of traditional values of society, sacral ideas of a civilization ideal of Russia is used.

TRADITIONAL VALUES IN GLOBALIZING WORLD [№ 3 ' 2015] One of the fundamental contradictions of modernity between traditional values of civilization and postcivilizational unconventional values of the globalizing world is described in the article. Russian civilization development strategy depends on the choice of civil society and government — liberal or illiberal value paradigms.

CATEGORICAL STATUS OF THE CONCEPT "DIALOGUE OF CIVILIZATIONS" [№ 2 ' 2015] The article discusses the concept of the semantic space of dialogue among civilizations in the context of different humanitarian discourses involved in the collision trends of globalization and traditionalism in the modern world. Reveals the essential relationship of terms "dialogue" and "civilization", critical reading of their definitions in connection with the implementation of the phenomena of moral substance communicativeness — refinement and humanization of man. A hypothesis is about the two models of "dialogue of civilizations" — liberal, supporting globalization trends and aliberal, anti-global, based on traditionalism and fundamentalism of religious and civilizational values. The author’s definition of the terms "dialogue of civilizations" are given in a broad sense and in relation to the two selected models of dialogue.
Mishuchkov A.á. FORMS OF TOLERANCE IN THE DIALOGUE OF CIVILIZATIONS [№ 1 ' 2015] The article is devoted to the actual problem of the theory of dialogue of world civilizations — the identification of the specifics of the two basic forms of civilization tolerance: the liberal (inclusive) and illiberal (exclusive). Analysis of problems based on four criteria: paradigm, cognitive, axiological, evaluative. Usingthemethodsof categorical and comparative analysis, the author of the material on a broad philosophical concepts of civilization justifies data forms of tolerance, reveals their essence, is their semantic unity and distinction is made in the form of tables in the annex to the article. The article revealed the cultural and ideological differences between the traditional system of morality and liberal values in terms of trends of globalization, which is explicated in the political confrontation between non-Western and Western Alliance of Civilizations. The principles of dialogue of civilizations between the two alliances are consensual and express the future development strategy of a multipolar world civilizations and change the architectonics of international relations with the opposition of two globalitetov a peaceful civilizational discourse dialogue. This discourse is characterized by latent deideologization, removing the ideological contradictions of liberal and non-liberal discourse, and is based on the following key principles: philosophical and methodological pluralism; moral consensus of different civilizational ethics and ideals of development; Limitation of cultural pluralism in the religious and moral sphere; legitimacy globalitetov models; multipolar world order as a factor; civilizational identity; Golden Rule; non-violence and non-shift keying (double standards); and the presumption of equality of cultures in dialogue; empathy and humanism. In the interaction between civilizations Russia implemented the principles of civilized discourse that allows Russia to be the geopolitical area of dialogue among civilizations, to be a world leader in the dialogue within the Union countries (BRICS EAC). Featuring a unique experience civilizational tolerance crops Russia is a global mission in the formation of a new system of multi-polar world civilizations, in solving global problems.

CIVILIZATION IDENTITYIN SYSTEM OF NATIONAL SAFETY OF RUSSIA [№ 11 ' 2014] Article is devoted to the problem of preservation of civilizational identity of Russiancitizens as a geopolitical problem of state power in the national security and public safety in the Russian context of the challenges and threats posed by the ideology of globalism and globalization trends. Term civilizational identity as a categorical concept settles on a broad scientific material, it is considered the nature, structure and specificity, the author's definition is given. The challenge is substantiated, that is in front of countries of the Eurasian Union on the formation of a common civilizational ideology and policies of citizens' "civilization identity".
