INTERACTION OF SECULAR AND RELIGIOUS EDUCATION: DEFFINITION OF CONCEPTS AND PROBLEM STATEMENT The urgency, the purposes and the reasons of interaction of secular and religious education in aspect of the Russian education system are observed. From philosophical and legal positions the concepts of secular and religious education are defined, the concepts of secular, isolation of church from state are demythologized. The perspective tasks are defined of interaction of secular and religious education in the Orenburg region, participation of the Orenburg State Universisty in the given interaction within the framework of the program of theological education.
