MEANS AND METHODS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COGNITIVE ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS IN ATHLETICS TRAINING CLASSES AT THE UNIVERSITY [№ 3 ' 2024]
The development of cognitive activity is undoubtedly relevant for the theory and methodology of the educational and training process of students involved in the athletics section. Mastering special knowledge and skills allows students to increase their ability to self-regulation, self-organization and achieve higher athletic results in sports. The content of athletes’ cognitive activity is considered from the perspective of systemic and personal approaches to learning. The purpose of the theoretical study is to determine the main means and methods of developing cognitive activity among students of the athletics section at the university. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature and pedagogical observation made it possible to identify the main means and methods of developing students’ cognitive activity: participation in an anti-doping seminar, a training seminar for athletics referees, the use of methodological techniques of project activities in training sessions, participation in the organization and conduct of competitive athletics events, the study and analysis of modern means and methods of the training process of leading athletes of the All-Russian and international level, filling in and analyzing sports diaries, the study of the basics of rehabilitation measures, the use of information technology. Motivational, informational and cognitive components of physical culture and sports activity play a significant role in the development of cognitive activity. The development of cognitive activity of students involved in the athletics section is possible due to the acquisition of special knowledge and skills in the field of sports training, the use of elements of project activity in the educational and training process, the use of information technology in training sessions. The study of the peculiarities of the development of cognitive activity of students will optimize the educational and training process of students involved in the athletics section.

ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE REMOTE APPROACH IN ATHLETICS TRAINING SESSIONS [№ 2 ' 2024]
Nowadays, the digital format of communication has become a part of everyday life and the modern training process in sports is no exception. Undoubtedly, digital technologies in the organization and conduct of training sessions have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the remote approach. The organization of the distance approach of athletics training sessions is based on the independent work of students, which corresponds to the principles of personality-oriented education. Currently, conditions have been created for feedback and interaction between the coach and the athlete through the use of information technology, information and communication methods and remote control of the content of the training process. For more accurate transmission of information, technical controls, video reports, and online broadcasting are used. At the same time, 60% of the participants recorded a slight decrease in their competitive result. Because delayed communication between the coach and the athlete leads to a decrease in information content in determining the degree of effectiveness of training effects. The untimely indication of errors made during the performance of exercises delays the process of eliminating deficiencies in the technique of the performed motor action. Nevertheless, the distance approach makes it possible to increase the motivation and willingness of students to work independently. The use of digital technologies has a significant impact on the effectiveness of the remote approach to athletics training sessions. It increases the student”s ability to self-organize and allows a more objective and meaningful approach to the training process.

DETERMINATION OF THE STAGES OF MENTAL READINESS FORMATION FOR COMPETITIONS AMONG ATHLETES AT THE UNIVERSITY [№ 1 ' 2024]
Any sports activity is focused on the realization of their motor capabilities in a sports competition. Special attention should be paid to the formation of mental readiness to achieve high competitive results in their chosen sport when organizing the training process of students. It is well known that achieving high sports results is impossible without the formation of such personal qualities in students as stress resistance, emotional stability, activity, determination, confidence, and general mental endurance. It seems advisable to develop personal qualities due to well-developed stages of formation of students’ mental readiness for competitive activity. In the course of theoretical research, four stages of the formation of mental readiness for competitive activity were identified: adaptation to training influences, formation of abilities to realize students’ motor capabilities, increasing opportunities to demonstrate personal high results, direct formation of students’ mental readiness for competitive activity. The complex of pedagogical requirements for the implementation of the content of the stages of mental readiness formation, which ensures the effectiveness of the educational and training process of students, includes: the conjugate development of the level of motor abilities, technical preparedness of students and their mental readiness for competitions, the formation of a motivational sphere and the target orientation of the training process to achieve high athletic results, the use of verbal reinforcements, encouragement when teaching competitive exercises, implementation of a comprehensive pedagogical control system. The step-by-step formation of students’ mental readiness for consistently high athletic results at competitions has significantly increased the effectiveness of the entire training process and achieved significant success in sports.

HIGH-SPEED ABILITIES FORMATION OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS BY MEANS OF LIGHT ATHLETICS [№ 6 ' 2018]
The effectiveness of the training process and performance in terms of competitive activity of football players is due to many factors, including general physical, tactical, technical and psychological training. As you know, a high level of physical abilities in general and speed abilities in particular, limits the quality level of tactical and technical preparedness of football players.
In the study we used the following methods: theoretical analysis, pedagogical observation, timekeeping, differentiation of speed characteristics, pedagogical control tests, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. For the formation of speed abilities of football players, we have proposed a technique that consists in the targeted use of the means and methods of athletics. The focus was on exercises with varying speeds in given conditions, alternating movements with different intensity. All the exercises were performed with high intensity and mental intensity, while the rest intervals were such that it was possible to perform the next exercise with a speed no less high than the previous one.
As a result of the experimental work, we found that increasing the intensity of movement training of football players through the use of more sprint exercises to bring speed performance in running to the maximum possible values for each player, significantly influenced the increase in their speed abilities. This contributed to a more rapid implementation of various technical and tactical indicators, which gave additional time to effectively solve important motor tasks in football. The high performance of the competitive activities of the university football team confirms the effectiveness of the method developed by us.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE PREVENTION OF EYE DISEASES STUDENTS IN HIGH SCHOOL [№ 7 ' 2016]
Education students at the university is characterized by systematic and intense mental stress under conditions of significant limitations of physical activity. During mental work a rapid fatigue of the body, reduces the overall efficiency, increased emotional stress, and if you do not apply the preventive measures on the use of physical culture, it is in consequence, it can lead to serious breaches of the students' health. According to the results of systematic medical examinations in the student polyclinic 25 % of students have a fairly serious vision problems. This is due to heavy load on the body of while studying and preparing homework with lots of time spent by students at the computer. Fitness training for the eyes is a preventive, efficient and affordable means of physical training for the conservation and improvement of the organ of vision and an effective means of removing the emotional stress of the students in the learning process. In order to prevent diseases of the body and remove emotional tension in the learning process we have implemented in the classroom for physical education complex of exercises for the eyes, which during the regular performance of his gave a good result. The study shows that the introduction of the process of physical training of additional means of physical training in order to prevent diseases of the organ of vision in the form of various complexes of exercises for the eyes affect positively retain and strengthen the vision of students, enhance their functionality, reduce the degree of emotional stress.
