It puts forward the idea that dignity becomes the dominant consciousness, claiming the recognition of the subject (the individual, the nation, humanity). It is proposed utopia idea of ethical symbiosis, opposing international terrorism, as a supranational vector of civilization development in a globalized world will have to be related to virtue ethics, the ethics of duty, ethics, justice, ethics, happiness, ethics of nonviolence — ethical symbiosis.

FROM NATIONAL TO TRANSNATIONAL ART IN A GLOBALIZING WORLD [№ 11 ' 2015]
Before defining the relationship between the national and transnational in art and its role in a globalizing world, we will approach the question through the interpretation of the concept of "nation". There are two interpretations of the concept of nationality: an ethno-cultural nation and a civic nation. The first is that the individual does not exist outside of the nation, national identity is perceived as involvement in a particular historical and cultural community. The concept of civic nation identifies the nationality of the man with his citizenship and is an act of conscious choice. As for the person expressing cosmopolitan views, for whom the nation is some restriction of his perception of the world, he is also not entirely free from national bases. National identity is recognized by the answer to the question "Who are you?". It is a deeply rooted personality structure, caused, in our opinion, by all bio-sociological factors and modified by secondary supra-ethnic, socio-political conditions of the life of the world. In the field of art the person possessing the talent, the genius, has an innate anthropogenic ability to artistic activity, realized under certain conditions of social and cultural space, which he operates and from which he draws the material for his work. The genius at the same time has the gift of the deepest penetration into the global problems of existence, human life, beholding emerging processes in culture. We'll proceed from the notion that: 1) any work of art is national, it was created by a national artist; 2) work of art aspires to the status of trans-national, to enter into the sphere of "infinite" communication. Great works of art involved in the development of forms of life of the world, called to be supranational in its existential essence, universal semantic interpretation (for example, "Black Square" by Malevich, or Mozart's music). Thus, there appears another mode of art existence — transnational, ontologically grounded. Exit of art beyond national, that was born as a national and exists in the format of a supra-national, transcultural perception, we call transnational art.Transnational art attracts by its unchanging essence in a changing world. It finds transcultural point required for world understanding in a globalizing world. Civilizational space has changed the view of the world that has become one of the conditions of aesthetic taste. Art expresses the desire to expand the boundaries of sound and visual expression that meets the spirit of the time. The characteristic tendency of contemporary art to penetrate into the depths of the material space and at the same time to penetrate into the depths of the human soul is implemented. A look at the transnational being art in the modern globalized world, points to a new aesthetic problem: the dialectic of meaning and absurdity of the ideological function of art, for example, manifested in the avant-garde art and the art, proven a long time.

THE AESTHETIC ASPECT OF GENIUS GENETICS [№ 7 ' 2015]
Appeal to the aesthetic problem of genius, related to the theme of genius in art, is caused by the interest in the genetics of genius in aspect of modern genetics, which affirms the power of stochastics, the role of entropy origin in the appearance of geniuses. The aim of the article was to draw attention to the modern scientific view of the genius in the context of aesthetics and theory of art at the example of musical artists, to address the ethics component of the genius genetics. The axiological approach in philosophical reflection of the creative process is used and a method of aesthetic analysis of musical art, based on the results of the author's study. The main conclusion of the aesthetic perspective of the genius genetics is the idea of unpredictability of the implementation of natural genius in the creative process. The emergence of genius occurs at the optimal point of coincidence of many factors, including biological, biosocial and sociobiological (V.P. Efroimson), excluding the effect of the role of chance, stochastics (modern molecular genetics). The aesthetic component of genius is the act of the entropy of the random factor, and anti-entropic force of harmony, drawn to the perfect, beautiful and is disclosed in the aesthetic expression of the highly sensuous receptivity, inspiration, exceptionally high intellectual ability of imagination. A connection between the aesthetic component with an ethical component, as the ontologicaladherence the genius ought to follow, is revealed.

ETHICS OF HUMAN DIGNITY: NEW TIME [№ 3 ' 2015]
The ethics of human dignity seems a bare issue of our time. The article gives a reinterpretation of ethical category of "human dignity" in moral philosophy of new time and in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, the main trend of this philosophy is the theoretical justification of ascent of human dignity, considered in antitheses of ethical rationalism, substantial pantheism, empiricism, sentimentalism, refined selfishness, altruistic naturalism, transcendentalism. The article notes that in the modern philosophy a human dignity is understood in the context of responsible implementation of human creativity, which is aimed to benefit of human existence, to the development of civilization and cultural processes, generic human identity, awareness of personal significance. There are Descarte's moral philosophy of rationalism and Spinoza's philosophy of pantheism. It's pointed that in the ethics of another approach, on empirical basis — ethics of "moral sense", or ethical sentimentalism, typical to English philosophers of Enlightenment great importance is attached to feelings, consciousness of self-esteem, individual expression of human qualities, personal moral worth of man, which is aimed to the individual good and good of the human race. Herewith morality, based on a moral sense and moral qualities of human nature, puts forward the sense consciousness of subject (Shaftesbury, D. Hume, D. Diderot). It's marked a critical opinion at Kant's problem. Criticizing eudemonism and utilitarianism in ethics from the perspective of unlimited kindness, free moral choice, I. Kant justifies absolute moral value of human dignity. In native Kant Studies there's a value of I. Kant's philosophy in the modern world in the light of absolute moral values of human studies of the prevailing situation of the human mind in correlation with the moral law and the value of man as a subject of the moral law. It's presented rethinking views by I.G. Fichte on human dignity in terms of contradictions subjective idea of man and his activities, activity in the current context of globalization.

"MUSICALITY" AS THE UNIVERSAL AESTHETIC CATEGORY [№ 7 ' 2013]
Representing the category of "musicality" in the world of aesthetic values, the report's author based her "concept of the value of music as substance and means of value-based interaction between the man and the world". Aesthetic category "musicality" goes back to the view of music in the ancient philosophies. Music is the acoustic (or divine) substance enclosing a law of world order and thus is a way of learning and music is a necessary art for a man, the image of life. Music and musical expression are the universal harmony, fluid substance of the world, the universal rhythm and rhythm of human existence, process and function. Music permeates the expressive forms of being. In the modern world we should speak about the music existence on a global scale. In the higher forms of aesthetic activity musicality is present in all art forms and is particularly important in the modern aesthetic assimilation of the world. Musicality is a specific aesthetic category which can be also analyzed in the context of philosophy of everyday life. One of the essential problems of modern philosophy of music is a problem of innovative approach in a task-object field of aesthetics.

AESTHETICS AND THE CATEGORY "AESTHETIC" [№ 7 ' 2005]
The author substantiates the thesis that today understanding and importance of aesthetics and its universal category "aesthetic" is tightly connected with philosophy and cultural anthropology, with human’s value relation to reality and the art as the way of human’s interaction with the world, as a specific way of being. Ontological and anthropological turn of the modern western philosophy has changed the idea of aesthetics’ function and in the second half of the 20th century featured the proper "aesthetic" as the fundamental category but not "the beautiful" and "the sublime". Axiological and culturological direction of native aesthetic thought also strengthened the idea of aesthetic as the quality peculiar to a human’s consciousness. The quality must influence a person in the eminent way.
